Having brought my motorcycle over from the United States, after having ridden from California to Washington DC for Run For The Wall® and then onto Baltimore for shipping, naturally I was concerned for excellent servicing and care after such an arduous trip. I took a chance on Harley Davidson in Valencia and I couldn’t be more pleased with how they treated both me and my precious Softail Deluxe. Definitely consider them if you need excellent service for your own motorcycle. By the way, I noticed they also have a few Triumphs there. 😉

Got some upgrades done to my 18 Ultra Limited. Got a stage ll 447 Cam torque kit , S.E Cam plate with S.E.High flow oil pump, S.E Pro auto tuner, and new head pipe to support wide band sensor. Wow what a big difference in the ride and the way it sounds!! LOVE IT!! ❤️
Dave at the service deck help me get it all together. Really took care of me and got everything done quick. Also like to think Tim the mechanic for doing all the work Thank you Tim. Love how it all came out!! I’m going to be taking them my 16 FLSS to get a Stage ll 585 torque kit done @ Temecula, Harley Davidson they definitely do a great job!! I highly recommend them! Its a 45 minute drive from my house but definitely was worth it!!

I called the shop to discuss a dead battery issue and I had the bike shipped from indiana to California. They told me they can tow it in right away and could look at it quickly. I received a call telling me the battery issue was repaired, topped off my fluids and fixed a recall issued on my bike! Thanks guys for the great customer service!!

Had to leave my bike at the dealership last night, and a simple brake fluid flush revealed dangerous issues with my front brakes!! Thank God they found this and I had just bought the extended warranty for another 2 years!!! The dealership even drove me home 97 miles, which was a 4 1/2 round trip with 5pm traffic!!! I've never been treated as good as this Harley Dealership has treated me. I will never ever go anywhere else!!!!

Came in to the Harley Davidson dealer to purchase a new helmet. Found the right helmet, but needed help with different sizes to try on. No help at all from staff. Too busy talking amongst themselves. Walked past them three times with no acknowledgement whatsoever. So I decided to leave. Will not be going back.

Austin took great care of my bike, first time I went in was for a stripped bolt on my air intake which he helped very quickly on a Friday afternoon. After such awesome and nice service I brought it back with my new air intake and exhaust to have it done professionally. They took amazing care of my bike, made the mods in a timely manner and had me back on the road quicker then I thought. Super nice team and look forward to getting my bikes adjustments and Maintenance there! Cheers!

I parked my bike for three weeks after these guys serviced my bike. When I got to it to do a pre ride check, I found transmission oil under my bike - it was only a silver dollar sized amount. Called them up and they got my bike in same day to look at it. Turned out they just spilled some during servicing, and that's what was on the ground. Downside - they spilled transmission fluid on my bike. Bright side - they corrected the situation right away and were very pleasant and accommodating about it. I will definitely be taking my bike back to them. First and second time taking it in, these guys were very professional.

The crew at old town Temecula Harley service is the best around. I don’t believe that the customer service is second to any other. They truly go above and beyond to make sure that the job is done to your liking. It is the sole reason why I continue to come to this HD location. I raise my glass to you and will see you the next time we need anything on our bikes.
