When I called they were busy and I left a message that I needed help with my trolling motor. I did get a return call and explain the issue. Although the issue could be resolved, I was advised that the cost would be high meaning getting a new trolling motor is a better option. I’m grateful for their professionalism and honesty. If I have further issues I will definitely call Tennessee Valley Marine.

I had a major motor issue. Set appointment with Mark. Boat was done in a week! I was so impressed with his knowledge and communication that I took my boat back to him for some additional things I wanted done. Very meticulous in his work. The only place I will take my boat from now on!

Hands down the most professionally ran marine shop in North Alabama... Management and employees are extremely knowledgeable and informative. Engine repairs are by appointment only and no customers' boats are left outside in the elements or at risk of theft. Extremely clean and secure shop to say the least. Mark is a straight shooter and knows his stuff. Definitely The only place I'll EVER take my Mercury outboard to from now on.. Highly recommended!

Took my boat over yesterday to get water pump replaced and to get engine checked out. Mark is very knowledgeable and did a great job. Picked it up today, next day. Isn't that great. Not liked usual where they keep your boat for months. In future will only take my boat here. Highly recommend Tennessee Valley Marine.

I highly recommend mark and his mechanics. My last boat mech kept me in the hook for 2 yrs. Mark told me, we dont store them here we fix them. He did the work same day and i was surprised at how reasonable the price was. Id give 6 stars if it let me.

After experiencing such bad service to include customer service at places around Guntersville Lake, Tennessee Valley Marine is a breath of fresh air. Mike and crew were always responsive and diligent about diagnosis. Mike states he does not hold boats hostage like almost all other places and was true to his statement. Two days is all it took to replace the lower unit and I heard from Mike 3-4 times during the two days. Save yourself mega frustration and call Mike FIRST. At the very least read service reviews of other places before hiring. Thank you Mike and Tennessee Valley Marine.
