After looking at several boats in town, we found the one that we wanted to test drive at The Boat Brokers.
Tyler was very helpful with setting up a test drive on the lake. We had a great time with James and Tyler on the lake.
We took as much time as we wanted to make sure that this was the boat for us ( a two year old Barletta with 52 hours on it and still under factory warranty!).
Mike and Becca were very helpful with any questions that we had and the whole purchase was seamless.
The rest of the office staff is very professional and helpful as well.
After purchase support is also great!

UPDATE: Boat Brokers talked to our mechanic called us, and said they would offer us $1000.00 and for us to remove the post. So it’s basically a hush hush “deal.” My husband declined the offer as this is a $14,500 job. Now if they would have paid for labor or parts I would have changed the comment/ post to reflect their services.
Do not wait your time and energy with these people. And it’s not a toy hauler, we did not have this loaded with all our stuff from Nevada, you never stepped foot in our camper. If it was driven then they would have noticed that the mpg was off, we should have gotten 400 per tank not 200 miles per tank.
If they checked the fuel filter they would have seen it was a disco party in the fueling system.

About two weeks ago my husband and I came in to purchase a truck. We showed up about an hour after the opened and didn’t leave until 4 pm. The guy who helped us was a nice person. However, the truck we purchased should have had a look through from a mechanic. We had the truck for not even 24 hrs and the sensor for the fueling system was no good. A $10k fix after I bought this truck out right. The truck runs smooth and hauls like no other, but they should stick to selling boats not vehicles. Our mechanic called us back with more of an update for the truck and the turbo is so messed up, and that someone already knew the fuel system was going out as they were patching it. There are stock and after market injectors in this truck we bought. This just doesn’t happen 24 hrs of owning a vehicle.

Tyler our sales guy was amazing so were they all! Very attentive, answered all my questions. We got phone calls back same day after leaving messages. Awesome place. They pulled off a last min sale just to have the boat on the water by father's day! Responded by phone calls emails and even texts to make sure we knew everything was moving along.
Highly recommend if you ever need a boat I would suggest this company. We feel they went above and beyond all the way from testing on water to title work coming in by Gina. Great bunch of people to work with.

These guys sell Barletta pontoon boats. We looked at every pontoon boat dealer in town and all manufacturers/makes/models. A lot of the dealers would not get back to you with pricing information that they would promise…

Boat Broker is the best in terms of representing Barletta and taking care of their customers. If I was a boat manufacturer, I would want the Boat Brokers representing my product for sure.

Mike and Bill have been around boats for many years and it shows in their industry, knowledge and customer service.

They also know how to make the customer feel welcome and needed. We feel that we got an awesome boat at a great price.

I purchased a JC Tritoon in 2019. I was pleased with my deal and the value of the boat. But what I have been most pleased about is the excellent service that Dan, Service Manager, and Beca, Parts Manager, have provided me during every Maintenance visit. They are the best. I have had many boats in my life along with many services and I must say Dan provides the best service experience with the highest integrity. I highly recommend the Boat Brokers for having employees like Dan and Beca And as long as they are there, I will do business with them.
