Really need help with a boat motor i got and i saw all the good reviews to check it out. I call and whichever male answered the phone had the worst customer service. I'm sorry i don't know all the details of the motor but you could have been a lot more patient and helpful. So disappointed, if i can get help i will still take my motor in because i need it.
**So my husband insisted we call back because again we needed it. We spoke with Bruce (not the same person who had answered the first time) super helpful! I do recommend this shop, they do slack a little in calling to update but I get they are busy as well.

Bruce at the Boat Shoppe was great. I had a list of concerns and he was honest about what I needed to do and didn't need to do. He was able to complete the work the next day and my boat was ready when I went to pick it up. Highly recommend The Boat Shoppe!

Had my boat serviced there did a great job. Friendly and great customer service made it easy for me to leave my boat there. Same day dropped it off in the morning boat was serviced and I was out fishing by 1:00. Highly highly recommend and I will be continuing future business there!!!!

I stopped by the Boat Shoppe Thurs 9-6, Bruce was incredibly helpful with my cooling issues.
Top Shelf Boat Shoppe!
Since then, I did as Bruce suggested, and what do you know I have cooling again!!! Bruce is such a true Professional Mechanic. Wish we had a shoppe near me.

The Owners of the Boat Shoppe are AWESOME!!!!!!! I took my boat in on a Monday night & got it back on Saturday morning. I took my boat out on 5/21/17. It ran great!!!!!! I'm one happy customer. I pray that nothing else goes wrong with it, but if it does, ( because things happen in life) I will take it to them. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!
