This was my first time renting from The Johnson Group and will not be the last. My vehicle went out on a Sunday and had to be towed to the shop after hours. With a quick google search I found Jacob’s business to be the only rental service open with available vehicles. The process to rent was quick, easy and affordable and his customer service is excellent. The vehicle was very clean as well. What was supposed to be a 2 day rental turned out to be almost a week due to the repairs needed on my vehicle and Jacob was very accommodating.

This was our first time renting from this company, and it will definitely not be our last! My daughter's transmission went out on her car and she had no transportation to commute back and forth to class. Renting from other agencies was difficult due to her not having a credit card in her name and they would not allow us to use ours. I searched the internet for alternative options, being that we are in another state, and ran across Jacob's business. He is by far the most professional and caring person. He was more than willing to help my daughter and made sure that my daughter was taken care of. I can't say enough great things about him and the way he runs his business. She picked up the car with no issues and was on her way in no time. The process was easy, and the vehicle was nice and clean. Thanks again Jacob for your outstanding service!!!

My daughter's car broke down on a Sunday on her back home from a trip with no way home and no way to pay for a rental car. No rental car companies would let me pay for a rental car in order for my daughter to get home except Jacob. His understanding of the situation allowed my daughter to rent one of his outstanding cars. Jacob sent an Uber to pick my daughter up and get her to where his rental cars were and she was able to get on her wY home. If not for Jacob, I do not know how my daughter could have gotten home. I highly recommend Johnson Group Rentals for all your rentals. They are true professionals and most important, people with hearts.
