Just purchased a gently used Kawasaki 400RR from Dalton and Nate! We mainly worked with Dalton, but both super rad guys! Honest and easy to deal with. Purchased my lightly used BMW R1250GSA here today, great experience. Gave them a deposit last week and they held the bike for me with no issue until I could get there to pick it up. If they have another bike I'm interested in later down the road I'll gladly buy another. Definitely worth the 8 hour round trip to pick it up! Also didn't try to hit me with any BS service/paperwork fees over what was originally promised. Thank you guys very much!

Over the past 9 years I have acquired 7 and serviced 6 Ducati’s with the Motor Cafe. I have been a repeated customer time and again because of their excellent customer service, knowledge, welcoming and drive to please. They may not be for everyone if you are looking for a great deal on bikes or services but for me they provide peace of mind and one stop shop that works well.

Helped a buddy pickup his new motorcycle and had no idea this shop was here in Campbell. And wow they have a killer selection of cool bikes. While I wasn’t a customer, the few things I noticed and overheard made me want to write this review, because it was all friendly, informative, and everyone was very nice. It was also cool to see some of the older motorcycles they had on display. This is a solid spot.

The Motor Cafe in Campbell is hands down the best motorcycle shop I’ve ever been to! Their customer support is exceptional—always going above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, able to answer any questions and offer expert advice, no matter what bike you ride. On top of that, they’re all so friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. Whether you need a quick tune-up, new gear, or just some helpful advice, this is the place to go. Thank you so much for the great help and safety you have provided me and my 2023 Panigale v2.

When I bought a ducati. I didn’t know I’d get a full on jump to help as fast as possible race team and pit crew. Full of track advice, bike advice, race technique and so many things you just cant buy

Tj in service did the literal opposite of the other Ducati dealers.

I said I was from Canada down here riding all of the tracks and I need a place to call my Ducati cali home. Another dealer I talked with wouldn’t give me the time of day. Not what I’d come to expect at all other Ducati dealers. So was a wee shocked. When i came to get my motorcycle repaired it was fast and prompt

Tj without hesitation gave me directions to places I needed supplies of. helped me get all I need sorted with my bike to get me back on the track in less than a day. It was a special request I asked a lot of and they looked at me with a smile jumped to help
And got me processed fast as I was already late for a flight.

I made it to the airport 28 mins before my flight took off and some how boarded.

Thank you to the whole team. I sat there with the salesmen for an hour talking with another client and I got a tour deal out of the client in the process.

I’m so thankful for all your help. You have my undying loyalty now. God bless your company. The best part is I came out with all of my decisions made on parts for my other Ducati, a desertX which I could not get in canada.
