I got verbally attack by the guy that received the equipment,
I'm new renting equipment at this facility and when I return a machine the guy ask me to untide it,
I replied is this to hard for you to do,
Then he when crazy and started giving me a horrible attitude, I was on my way to the office and he started following me then I said I don't need you,
Then again with the same attitude he said I don't need you either,
Which I think he's wrong because if it wasn't for us he would not had a job,
I don't have anything but good thing to say about the rest of the workers
to bad that they have that bad apple working in the yard
He should not work at costumer service,
Clearly he have some issues.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought in my tractor and paid several hundred dollars. Got it back and it didn't work properly a week later. Brought it back and it worked for one week. Brought it back again and they kept telling me they were waiting for a part. Three weeks later, they didn't even order the part. Claiming they were too busy. My husband and I work 2-3 jobs and we have to deal with their dishonesty and wasting our time. We picked it up and we can't even get it started and we have to push it onto the back of our truck to take it to another repair shop. Don't ever use them. note: They did give us part of our $$ back for the repair, (not really repair).

A great resource for the DIY'er. Lots of equipment choices from big to small and friendly service once you get to know them. I have popped a track on a mini-cat and they were out to fix within an hour. The former owner still works behind the counter, which speaks volumes.

The only game in town for rental equipment but they do a great job... Mornings are hectic cause people are trying to pick up equipment so hold those phone calls till mid morning 😌
