Excellent customer service and excellent work. This is by far of the fastest tire shop I’ve been to in Auburn. They are extremely personable, Nice and understanding. I highly recommend you go here for any of your tire needs. Owners will make sure you leave with a nice set of tires, a smile, and great price

The service is excellent. Always fast friendly and great prices. Also they have fixed numerous flat tires for my family over the years. We have never been turned away always available for service. Highly recommend!

Amazing service again in and out , no appointment pouring down 🌧️. November 2024 huge screw with nut on in my tire, removed repaired and on the road in 30 minutes.

Visited again today, leaky tire 🛞 on my truck! They were busy still took the time to service my tire NO Charge! The service here is really top notch! Highly recommend!

This place is AMAZING! So fast and helpful. The best service we’ve had anywhere, ever! We got a flat tire on our camping trailer while driving to the campsite and without an appointment, we showed up and they instantly saved us! What would’ve been a wrecked weekend, was a very brief and pleasant side trip. Thank you Tire Depot!!! You’re seriously the BEST!!

DONT COME HERE!!! I can’t stress this enough they messed up the power coating on my wheels that was only 2 weeks old, they refused to allow me to take it to my repair shop to get it fixed bc they tried to say it’s the coating on the wheels 🤣 nope lame excuse because I have a 12yr old truck with the wheels powder coating and multiple sets of tires put on. they recommended me going to their shop they couldn’t even give me a name for this shop but when they did I called this said shop to check on tire depos end and they haven’t even herd of tire depo the complete joke to get me out of there so I contacted their BAR = bureau of automotive repair their automotive repair license to get my wheels repaired these people are unprofessional and have prior experience with damaging wheels and not paying for them. I can’t stress this, it’s totally unacceptable and non professional. People don’t come on here to lie about their experiences especially coming from a local business but it’s shady place for sure.

Got tires mounted on some very expensive wheels that had just been freshly restored (cst precidio demon camber if you want to look into the price) and this shop had no respect when it came to handling the wheels. I got the wheels back absolutely tattered with new marks and even BENDS. This only happens when a tire machine is used IMPROPERLY. I didn’t notice till I got home. I went back right after and demanded they make this right. The guy told me there is no way their machine can cause that damage. After some back and forth talk he finally agreed that some of the marks may have been from the machine but still insisted the bends were impossible. I know the a FACT that there were ZERO bends in these wheels previous to them working on them. The final resolution was a refund and $40 for the damage. I wasn’t supposed to get $40 either. The main guy in charge was saying he will only give me $20 but the guy that was helping me ended up giving me $40. Overall terrible experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

Went in there last minute, and they still helped me out. Fast and great service. Friendly staff, and the whole time I was in there, I could hear them in the shop and outside laughing and having a good time. Super friendly environment. Hope their business grows!
