Solid customer service!! Been buying tires from these guys for many years because of the good deals, and the other day they took such good care of me that I had to post this review. I had a nail in my tire so I stopped by to see if they could help me real quick, and they did exactly that. They had me pull into a stall immediately and one of their guys got to work right then. I was in and out in 15min, it was exceptional, and they told me that this one was on them…I was pumped! Highly recommend giving them a try if you are looking for new tires!

As someone who can quote their slogan "prices are born here and raised elsewhere", I can honestly say this business is always a pleasure to deal with. They beat Amazons prices for tires and less "out the door" fees when you get tires in house. I have been coming here since high school (that was way back in the 80's, dude). I'm now retired and still come here even after several decades, bringing many cars & trucks for service. I enjoy the conversations struck up with so many locals while waiting and the employees... don't forget to tip a box of donuts or have a bunch of pizzas delivered for lunch. Seriously, this trustworthy business, bearing no B.S. that is a pillar of the community that is San Luis Obispo.

These guys are the best!!! I have been sending my daughter to them for years to have service done on her car while she’s away from home at school. We were visiting and I noticed a large screw stuck in our tire. They were busy when I arrived. But in less than 10 minutes they had it repaired. I went to pay and they said no worries it’s on us! Great service. Good People!! Thank you!!

I had been driving around on a tire with a slow leak since November, filling that thing up to the bane of my existence every two days. All my friends told me to go to this place, that they’d fix it, but I was too broke for a new tire and too disbelieving that a place would provide such a service for free. I was wrong. I finally got brave enough to go in and ask and was in and out in 15 minutes crying tears of gratitude for no longer having panic attacks when that “check air” light comes on and no more “shoot I’m going to be late for work because I have to stop to blow this thing up” stress. So very thankful for these kind humans. If only I’d done it 9 months sooner!

The manager works with you and doesn't try to sell anything that you don't want or don't need. They are friendly courteous professional and they have a well-oiled machine. They not only do tires, but they do brakes alignments and other vehicle needs. I wanted a certain brand of tire, and they were able to order it and give me a fair price for it, which far surpassed all the other tire shops in the surrounding cities. I'm very happy that I took my business to the tire store and appreciate all their hard work.
