Sean, and the UnDealership, is a fantastic shop, run by an even better person.

My brand new Triumph T120 broke down after less than 500 miles, and I spent two weeks arguing with my dealer about why they wouldn't honor the warranty.

I call Sean: he fixes it the very next day. Boom, done--rides perfect.

The great thing about the UnDealership is Sean's determination to get you back on the road. He told me about all of these avenues he was thinking about taking to get my bike up and running, and the various places in the area he was ready to go to in order to get the necessary parts.

I mean, a mechanic going to OTHER shops to get stuff for YOUR machine? Does that even happen anymore? Nowadays, garages wait weeks for some stupid little part to be shipped in from China. Meanwhile, Sean just gets the work done, and gets you back out there, smiling on your ride.

Oh my God these guys are great. They are capable and honest. I'd bought a '73 Honda CL350 that wasn't running and they got it all sorted in less than a day. The good news? I've found a trustworthy mechanic. The bad news? Now I feel ok buying more old bikes (the next will be an 80s K100RS) and they'll get a lot more of my money!

Super trustworthy mechanics. I stopped going to the triumph dealership in san jose as I was being charged beyond reason. I had been going to evolution motorcycles for a while but needed another place to go when my motorcycle broke down and evolution was closed. The UnDealership has been a fortuitous twist of fate. When you find a good mechanic you stick with them. I've been having trouble finding one for over 3 years until I met Sean. Knowledgeable, straight forward & honest to say the least. Throw in reasonable to that pile & I'd say you have a good description of this guy. I brought in my Triumph Speed Triple that was having issues with the throttle response & after a couple tries it was fixed better than new. Suspension overhaul & a Racetech valving upgrade, voila! He even set up my suspension for my weight & riding style which was the best part of my repair list. Which happened to be longer than I thought. Each repair request was handled professionally & quite frankly reasonable. Yes I'm picky & rightfully so. He, unlike many others understood that & treated me with respect & didn't dumb it down like it was my first rodeo. Thanks again for everything Sean! Now get yourself some Armin Van Buren & let me know what you think.

If you are in need of someone you can trust to work on your ride, there is no better choice. Reliable, fast, affordable and great at what he does.
Building a relationship with a mechanic is difficult these days. Finding a good one who works on BMW and other motorcycles is near impossible.
My K1200LT was having troubles, making strange sounds. Sean not only identified and fixed the problem, he innovated and built parts no longer around. Another time, Sean replaced my break pads while I waited. And just last week, he swapped out and balanced my tires on short notice. And replaced a battery.

Thank you Sean! Made it to Texas twice (on time) because of your work.

Excellent service. Sean was very kind to accommodate a last minute service requirement and did a great job. He is wonderful to talk to- about suspension, the local roads and riding in general. Will definitely be banking on his expertise in the future.

So glad I found these guys. My new (to me) R100 wouldn't start a few miles away and I was stuck at work. After chatting with Greg for a few minutes he simply asked for the keys and told me he would get in touch in a few days. He came back with a list of things he had to do, things he wanted to do, and things I wanted to do. Simple, approachable, and the price for the save and the repair was less than it would have cost to tow it to him with any of the tow companies who quoted me! Bike is happy and I am happy knowing I have this resource available for future modifications and repairs.
