made a reservation through priceline, when I got there they said they only have electric cars. Conveniently the only gas car they have is the size just bigger than my reservation. Not sure if this was a scam or somehow priceline let me reserve something not available. luckily I had another reservation (all rental agencies are close by). strange experience!
