Wanted to stop by to see the shop for motorcycle supplies since we moved to the area. The man (owner or employee, not sure) apparently just came back from lunch when we dropped by (during normal business hours) and was literally one of the rudest and most impatient people for no reason other than simply asking if he was open as we approached the door. Had he been normal and kind we would have loved to be customers. No idea why he was so angry and rude.

A rare honest mechanic that won’t rip you off just because. So many LA bike mechanics will stick you with a $500 “walking thru our doors” fee. Dropped my bike off under the impression it needed a top end rebuild. Got a quote and agreed for them to do the work. A few hours later I get a call from Laurie saying they found it was something else, saving me potentially over $1500. They didn’t have to do that. They could have just done what I asked and I never would have been the wiser. Honesty in the bike world goes a long way and I will 100% be coming back.

So twice when I needed a specific part, Max came through for me. The bad reviews about customer service are obviously people who expect to be waited on hand and foot like the employees should be begging for their business. This is a small business with a focus on customization and specialized parts. This is not a dealership or a bank owner sales lot. Everyone there has been extremely kind to me, and when I needed a specific part I broke due to my own fault, the owner took the part off his own bike just so I could have it that day. Yes they can be a bit pricey, but look at their location, it’s a prime spot in WeHo. The prices are justified by the excellent customer service and the attentiveness to detail. Will definitely continue to go to them.

Don’t believe the people leaving bad reviews. I’ve brought complete novices into the shop and they were treated with respect like any other customer. They will treat you right, and will do everything to help.

I don't know how these guys aren't rated better. I've been riding for 28 years, usually work on my own bike, but left most my tools in Texas. They beat the estimate, did quality work, and were genuinely nice guys. Even threw on a cpl small parts they had laying around, for free. Highly recommend, and will be back for some new shoes soon. Thanks fellas.

Came here after a starter clutch failure left me stranded. Mike and Max helped get my bike back in working order quickly. Super nice guys who just wanna work on motorcycles. They were transparent about their pricing and timeline, so I didn't feel taken advantage of. Will definitely be bringing my bike back here for any maintenance after their stellar customer service.

Simply the worst customer service I've seen. I went twice to talk about the service I wanted, I arranged to take my motorcycle in the morning at 11 and supposedly I would pick it up the next day. When I got there the next day, they hadn't even touched my bike. the way I left the bike with the key in the ignition, that's how I found it. They had agreed to cut part of the rear fender of my 48 Harley but they didn't even touch the bike, they didn't call me, and when I got there the person responsible wasn't there, someone else simply said that he didn't work with mechanics and that I could feel free to go although. Bad experience. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Called to get a battery phone mount and charger they normally don’t work on my Kawasaki ninja but Shane said come on it and helped me out went above and beyond. These guys are great and definitely recommend checking them out

If Shane hasn't seen it, it's never been done & Kaelin has the Optimism to get you there.

And if Max hasn't owned it, then neither should you.
