Bought my second new boat from Cali Marine. Brian Hamblin is great to work with for good deal and no pressure!

So i bought an XStar and first time out had a impeller go bad at the lake in San Diego. They immediately dispatched a mechanic to come down and fix it AT THE LAKE! I was impressed! Fixed it, put it back in the water tested it and it was repaired.

Went out couple more time (yes it's a great wake to surf behind) but there was an issue with the trim tabs as they failed to operated correctly. I sent text and within a minute or two, Jeff from service called and did some trouble shooting with me. i was able to surf that day by adjusting myself.

Jeff arranged to pick the boat up from my home in Alpine 115 miles away. this was Tuesday last week. They had the part send to them by FedEx and on Friday, i checked in with them and they said the boat would be ready that day. I spoke to Stacey ( I think) and asked them to check with their employees to see if anyone would bring it to Alpine for me as it was late Friday. she was very helpful and prompt to call me back. They arranged and i recieved my boat at 6:00 pm. They would not charge me for the delivery even though i offered a couple of times to pay.

When the driver delivered, he noticed a loose screw on the board racks and spent 1/2 hour tightening all the crews on not just the one rack, but both of them and every screw! Now that's above and beyond!!

Ya know, boats break, but i am so happy with the way They treated me every time i have interaction with their team. Their entire team are examples of great service! Well done!

I had a fantastic experience with Tilly’s Marine! Initially, I had a ton of questions and needed to gain some clarity. I had the privilege of meeting Taylor! Tried seeing a few boats but the sales guy just sat behind his desk and never gave us the time of day. Didn't even say hello. This young man almost felt guilty and started answering a few questions for us. He was nice that's why this review is 2 stars. I also want to thank that guy who didn't even attempt to look at us because we drove about a mile north on hamner and purchased a boat with the best experience we've had buying anything. We probably paid to much but it's all about experience when you are purchasing a 6 digit toy.

Shopping for boats at Tilly's was a great experiance. Tim W. Helped me and my wife out with looking for an Axis boat. He spent the time showing us the different models and features, and built out the perfect boat with zero pressure in buying it. He was Very patient with all my questions, even with my 2 kids running around the store. Can't express how great of an experiance we had there, nothing like dealing with a car dealership. What a really good company. I have been to both locations this one in Norco and Ventura. The staff are friendly and helpful. And they have some beautiful boats. That’s what makes it difficult picking from them all. Cobalt is the luxury one and Malibu are the sparkly ones.

Wow! I called to check on servicing my 1996 Cobalt 252 and spoke to Jason who put me on hold to ask “if they service them” he came back and told me my boat was too old and to maybe call another company! I have been a Cobalt owner for decades and this company comes off as snobs. He didn’t even ask what I needed to have done!

I was hoping to maybe buy a newer model but not from them now!
