I have not purchased a vehicle from them but have twice had to take my ram in for repairs and these people give me no hassle at all. They just get to work and do a great job. They have always had time to get me in within a couple of days and order the parts and install them and test the function afterwards. I know my truck is under warranty and any FCA dealer will do this, but not every dealer has this level of take care of everything service, and that is well worth your dime. Give them a try. The team at Timberland made my buying experience as nice as I’ve ever had at a dealership. Cole let us take a test drive on our own time and was very knowledgeable about all the features on the vehicle. Cody worked on our financing and got us the best deal and even when I had to leave for an appointment, he continued to research all available options. Adon set me up with the Jeep App and demonstrated all the features I could use remotely from my phone and explained the other apps available to me as a new Jeep owner. A big shout to the owner Michael for honoring an add that was a couple of months old, but still posted in Facebook. I don’t know of any dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past who has done that. Overall, I would recommend Timberland Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram of Malvern, AR, to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!

Kait Morrow was SO helpful!! I called at 3 PM on a Friday after trying to find a very specific vehicle at several other dealerships and Kait had the right vehicle, the money I wanted for my trade, and had me approved by the time I made the quick drive over to Malvern. We were back home with my beautiful new car in less than 3 hours. The entire dealership felt like hanging out with friends and I can’t speak highly enough about the whole group!
