Ordered a fender for my truck. $200. Came damaged and unusable. Applied for a refund and return. They sent me a label, it would cost me $375 to return ship it. Amazon purchase. They are not willing to give me the original purchase price back unless I spend $375 to return it. Don't purchase through them, they don't stand behind damaged parts.

Ordered fenders for my husband's truck for his birthday. They said they would fit. They did not. I emailed them multiple times and called them with no response. I got amazon involved and titaniums response was I would have to pay to ship them back. So since I can not afford the ridiculous price of shipping I still have them. Hope I can sell them. Then at least I will have my money back.

These Asian people are horrible. This is why beware when you order from the Asian market , ordered a part for my car and they sent the wrong part. Then they wanted pictures to make sure that they had made an error. Everytime they respond to my emails, they tell you they are sorry for any inconveniences and that they are working on the case. Please dont order anything from them. Im working on Ebay and Amazon as well to have them flagged as scam. My team is working on this for future customer protection.

I ordered a window regulator for a 07 BMW, they sent the wrong part. I notified them and they asked for pictures and all. They seen it was totally the wrong part that I asked for. Then they said that the part is damaged and that they wasn’t responsible for sending a paid postage and that I can keep it and that they wasn’t gonna send the part that I had originally ordered. This place is a rip off business

Order a 2005 c230 driver fender showed up more damaged than the one currently on my Mercedes Benz Kompressor. Honestly looking at the reviews you guys need to find a different profession to be in.

I ordered a molding insert for the front bumper of my 91 Chevy and when I opened it one of the mounting studs was broken off. The broken piece was not in the plastic wrap or the box which means they shipped it broke. The problem is they want answer the phone or respond to messages left. Piss poor customer service

HORRIBLE COMPANY just terrible to deal with after being sold UNSAFE, DAMAGED bumper due to NO PADDING in the box and then EXPECTING ME TO PAY SHIPPING BACK TO THEM,JUST TO GET MY REFUND ! The BEST part is AFTER I HAD TO REPORT THEM TO AMAZON AND GET THE REFUND VIA AMAZON, TITANIUM PLUS AUTOPARTS TRIED TO EXTORTION TO GIVE ME MY REFUND BY TELLING ME....IF I REMOVE THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK....,THEN THEY WOULD ISSUE A REFUND ! All of this is DOCUMENTED and AMAZON is INVESTIGATING along with the California Attorney Generals Office and the BBB. Here is the BUMPER REVIEW: Poorly made product NOT worth the money and NOT PACKAGED WELL & DAMAGED INSIDE BOX. NOT a FedEx or UPS issue....POORLY PACKED WITH NO PADDING AT ALL !!!! The "bumper" is made from metal that is about the THICKNESS of a SOUP CAN !!!! I would not want to put this UNSAFE bumper onto a shopping cart is is so THIN and POORLY MADE. It even appears it was NOT WELDED in areas. There is NO WAY that this item is D.O.T. APPROVED for road/highway use. The original Honda part weight was about 3 or 4 times of this sardine can. I took it up to the Honda Dealer to just buy a SAFE QUALITY one and even the manager was AMAZED that THIS is ALLOWED TO BE SOLD for people to have on a vehicle . The dealer part was MORE MONEY but what is the cost of a loved ones LIFE . The entire dealership parts folks all were laughing at this poor excuse for an inner bumper. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND.

Ordered a fender from Amazon. It came smashed and dented. I emailed them and they said theyd replace it if I sent them pictures of the damage. I emailed 3 times and have gotten no response. I still do not have my fender.
