I’m not giving TMF five stars yet.. I just ordered today so I am waiting on my package. BUT I started the business off with 4 stars because after I got the notification ready to ship my shipping address was incorrect. I emailed support, stating the issue and got a response fairly quickly WITH the problem solved. Will be leaving a second review once I receive the ordered product. Good lookin out TJ! 🤘🏼🤙🏼

Do not do business with TMF Cycles. The owner JT is unresponsive and unprofessional after taking money for an order.

No one ever picks up the phone and responses to emails are vague avoiding direct questions.

I ordered Rubiffini parts in October of 24’ and never receive the parts as of Jan 22nd 25’ when there was supposed to be a 4-8 week delivery time according to TMF Cycles website.

When I attempted to obtain order status many times, JT refused to provide any information and lied saying Rubiffini doesn’t give updates.

I myself decided to order separate parts direct from Rubiffini and ended up getting the parts delivered within 4 week and they provided status the entire way.

I was patient over a 12 week period and gave JT a chance to provide me with tracking information for final delivery before initiating a charge back on my credit card and he immediately canceled my order after all that time, and told me he had the parts and he will be selling it to someone else.

Do not waste your time or money dealing with TJ. He will string you along and burn you.

I had a Great experience at TMF cycles.
I took my Bike to get serviced, n the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The repairs were done in a quick timeframe. Im very happy with the way my bike runs now and I would Highly recommend this shop.

Order a chain drive kit from this guy over 3 months ago. He doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. I'm out 600 bucks and still haven't heard anything about my order.

I ordered a darkhorse compensator from TMF on the 17th, because the link said 6-7 days free shipping and they appeared to be the place I could get it from the fastest. I never received a confirmation email, but I received 3 emails telling me I left something in my cart. I checked my bank account and I had been charged for it, so I sent an email on the 19th asking about my order and
I asked if it was something he even had in stock. TJ claimed he sent the confirmation twice, but did not answer whether it in stock or not. On the 20th, I still did not have a confirmation and I told him that if I didn’t get some communication I was going to call the bank and purchase elsewhere, he responded saying that it was “in processing” as if he has a processing department at his one man show, and asked me what more communication I needed. On the 22nd he said that he sent me a screenshot of the confirmation and that it was probably in my spam folder. This guy is full of it, if he had the part, it would’ve taken way less time to create a shipping label and send it than going back a fourth giving me the run around. Ok TJ, now it’s your time to talk trash, give me your best zinger!

Excellent transaction. Ordered Rebuffini floorboards. The manufacturer made a mistake and a second pair were ordered. Dealing with TJ and TMF Cycles made the process easy and I was kept up to date with the progress. Couldn't have been happier. Definitely a 5 star experience.
