I recently worked with Eli Galanakis at Towne Ford to purchase a Ford F-150 Lightning, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. As someone with a family of five, I had very specific needs for space, features, and costs—and Eli went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Eli didn’t just limit his search to Towne Ford’s inventory; he reached out to several other dealerships to track down the exact truck I was looking for. His knowledge about the F-150 Lightning was outstanding. From explaining the different trim levels and features to answering my detailed questions about EV costs and incentives, he made the entire process easy to understand. Even as I adjusted to the differences in charging compared to my previous Tesla, Eli provided tips and resources to make the transition smoother.

I have a 23 year old Ford van that I purchased new. I've had it serviced at Towne Ford all these years. I know some people think it's crazy and expensive to have a vehicle serviced at the dealer, but I couldn't be happier. They always treat me fairly.

Because of the pandemic, I only had minimal service done on the van for the last four years. I don't drive it as much anymore either but I took it in last month for the works!! And Towne Ford delivered. They went over everything and I felt very confident taking the van on a 1000 mile road trip.

Sandy (who is amazing by the way) kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn't be happier and will continue to take it to Towne Ford. Hopefully Sandy will always be my representative! I loved working with her.

Armando, Bass, David , and Carlos at Towne Ford allowed my pregnant wife to test drive and purchase a recalled vehicle (2024 Ford Maverick XL). This is against federal law (The National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act). Immediately upon purchase, they informed us that the car has a recall, and would not let us drive the car off the lot now that we were proper owners of the car. Only after threatening legal action did they offer us a refund.

I am going to proceed with legal action due to the fraud, misrepresentation, negligence and blatant disrespect of the laws and regulation that govern your business.

Bought a 2015 CMax here. Couldn't get the deal done on the first visit, but after couple weeks of follow-ups by the salesman David and Sales, was finally able to get a fair discount for a nice clean car and fair mileage. The dealership had some great selections comparatively to other places I was shopping. The cars here all seems well maintained, and also priced marked competitively.

I'm happy the sales team was persistent about getting the deal done. I got the color I wanted . David was straight forward and explained all the options and most everything well. I was quite pleased with David's service considering after all, it's a car dealership.

The paperwork in whole did take a bit of time. It was there close to 3.5+ hours to get everything ran and signed. I suppose that seems on par with most other dealerships anyway. Its always a bit of a grind purchasing any car overall.

Overall, I'm very happy about my purchase here at Towne Ford. The experience was pleasant and I would certainly give them a strong consideration if I will be in market for another Ford again.

What a journey it has been trying to buy my 2021 Ford Bronco First Edition. From beginning to end, I can honestly say that it has been nothing but a pleasure working with the incredible team at Towne Ford of Redwood City.

This was my first time reserving a car, so I was quite unfamiliar with the process. Kevin has gone above and beyond of any dealership I have worked with to ensure I have the best experience. From the day I reserved the Bronco (July 2020), to when I finally was able to purchase it, he has been supportive every step of the way. There are nearly 40 email exchanges between us, and every time, he was attentive, even when he was on vacation. I have never had a dealership provide that level of support, huge thank you to you, Kevin!

I also had the pleasure of working with Carlos and Manny on the day I purchased my Bronco. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, there was Carlos with the keys. Carlos was nothing but friendly, informative, and supportive as well. This was the first time I had spoken with Carlos, and he made me feel as if we have been friends for a while; that’s the type of experience everyone should have when visiting a dealership. Once we started the finance conversations, Manny was very helpful in every capacity. There were a few areas we had questions on, and he was quick to guide us through the entire process. Similar to everyone I had spoken to thus far, he was friendly and made sure we felt confident with our purchase. Carlos and Manny, a big thank you to you as well!

All I can say is that this I HIGHLY recommend Towne Ford of Redwood City to anyone wanting to buy a Bronco or any other vehicle. This team has gone above and beyond, I’m proud to be part of their Ford family! You can also expect this bronco to be hitting the trails very soon! #BroncoNation
