I recently brought my Ford in for service and had a fantastic experience thanks to my service advisor, Sandy.

From the very beginning, Sandy was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions patiently. I never felt rushed or pressured into any unnecessary services.

EDIT: Subsequent interactions were much better. After the last issue, they quickly called to reschedule, then in a week or two, called again to offer a sooner appointment. Once I dropped off, they were patient, courteous, and prepared. Adjusting rating upwards from 2 to 4 stars. Thank you for the dramatic improvement!

Poor communication and customer service. Multiple times now, I have called to schedule service, only to come in and discover it's not in the schedule, or that it's supposed to take 2 days (nice to know before I arrive), or that parts are unavailable.

I understand that mistakes happen, but the level of service and communication is poor, bordering on awful.
