Not a good place to get your boat serviced. Purchased a new Mercury motor from Bass Pro in Rancho Cucamonga.
They said I had to take it to their shop
Tracker boats in Ontario. They had it for three months. Torn up panels broken fiberglass trash left. Was charged for a new tube to run my cables through , it didn't happen! They didn't even hang and secure my cables going back to my out board. Took it back a second time to get a fuel gauge, wire and sending unit from tank to gauge. Work was not done. They charged me for a fuel gauge and said ohms on sending unit worked. It did not. Looked in the tank area just to find a wire that was spliced twice . Got to the launch turned on batteries to my boat. After putting $595 dollars of fuel in the tank it didn't read. That tank was full! I had to buy my own sending unit and wire and install it myself. They wouldn't take any responsibility for their work. All I got was the runaround when I called them on it. I will never buy again from Bass pro or Tracker. My advice to you is RUN!!! Seek other credible repair shops. Don't waste your time here!

Excellent customer service 👏
Especially when you need maintenance or just wanting upgrades on your boat. They have an excellent manager named Anthony who is one of the most down to earth people I've ever met. He understands your concerns if you have any. Matter of fact all the people there including the ladies at the front and the other tech guys are really cool. GREAT PLACE 👍

Pretty frustrated with customer service provided. Tracker boat held onto my boat for over a month to diagnose a trolling motor. After a month of “diagnosis” they couldn’t recreate the problem. No courtesy was made to notify me it was done. Note, they did not take the trolling motor apart. Finally, arriving at the shop they tried to charge me for doing nothing when I had warranty smh. They had me wait 20min to bring the boat out. Not sure what happen to the customer service but should consider fixing it.

Got me in and out quick. I purchased a regency pontoon boat from another Marine shop, which did not deal with me, as well as bass pro. I reached out to tracker service center and they took care of me really well. Fix the problems with my seats that I’ve taken another machine shop over eight months to get to. They did all this between my trips to accommodate me. Will be returning. Thank you.
