Took my pontoon over in October 2019 to see if they could help with the motor losing power. It took 2 trips but these guys got it right!! Finally got to take the boat out again this week, March 26,2020 and it never missed a lick! Started with the first turn of the key every time. Not bad for a 1997 50 horse Johnson. I highly recommend Tracy Boat & Motor! Thanks guys.

I called Tracey marine on May 27th and asked if they still had a boat that was on line. I called because I was 5 hours away and did not want to make the trip if it was already gone. The sales guy Brandon said that they did and they were selling the boat for a customer. He said it had 8 hours on it and had been in storage since last year. Said the boat was in outstanding shape, all they need to do was de-winterize it and would be good to go. I told them I would be there in 7 days to buy the boat. I had all financing in place. Brandon said he would get the boat de-winterized and have it all cleaned up for me. Brandon called me the morning I was headed up just to make sure I was still coming. I told him I was 3 hours out. He said he would get the boat all cleaned up. When I got there he said there was a problem and just needed to clean up the carboritor and should be fine. So I went to the bank to sign papers. Went back they had taken it out to check, still not right. Worst customer service, worst buying experience I've ever had. I do know know how they are in business. It is not how business is done. Ended up driving 15 hours round trip and no boat!
