Had a fantastic experience at TrailersPlus! Ira is extremely knowledgeable with his inventory and after taking time to listen to my requirements, he was able to point me to the exact trailer I needed. The entire staff is friendly and I was in and out of there very quickly with the perfect trailer! The maintenance and inspection offerings were also a nice surprise! A huge thanks to Ira and the rest of the staff making my purchase seamless! I highly recommend going to Trailers Plus for your trailer needs!

Awesome sales staff. Helpful all the way through. Good price fir the trailer I needed. They even had brans new spare tires in stock.
The spare tire mount was cheesy but I will make the one I want.
Trailer pulls great and true. Looks great as well.

The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of our questions, showed us all the features of the new trailer. Made sure we understood how to hook it to our truck and to check that it attached correctly.

First, I went to another dealership that was very close to me and one staff member was very rude - (1st strike). The staff member I dealt with most was nice, but was new to the products. I was forced to look elsewhere and found the exact trailer at another dealership for approximately $700 less, but four hours away. The first dealership would not honor the price even though it was the same company - (2nd strike). I drove the four hours to save money and the second dealership under the same company would not stand fully behind our verbal agreement we had prior to me driving four hours - (3rd strike). Three strikes, so I would say to stay away from this company. Now as far as the staff at the second dealership, they were much nicer, but I was ill because of standing behind their word. To make things worse, I bought not one, but two of the high dollar locks for $271 a piece and they tell that's there best price. I buy them when I bought the trailer and today I get an email trying to sell me the same locks for $199 a piece. Nothing but deceiving people that cannot keep their word and a company that cannot be trusted. If you can find what you want elsewhere then do it. If not, get everything in writing before you do anything with this company.
