I had a pleasant experience with this local dealer. They have loads of new bike inventory and a few used inventory to choose from. Isaac and Jeff are friendly knowledgable folks, and it didn’t feel like a high pressure sales environment rather an inviting vibe. They have a good selection of soft goods, accessories for both Triumph and Royal Enfield. They also have good OEM parts inventory on hand including the replacement spokes I needed for my Scramblers rear wheel.
Overall a great experience and recommend stopping by when in town.

This review is related to the Service Department specifically at Triumph SD, as I purchased my bike from a different dealer.

I had an issue with my 2023 Scrambler, and brought it in to the shop to get worked on. This bike has been worked on at multiple Triumph dealers and the awesome service tech at Triumph SD was the first one to identify the issue. This whole process unfortunately meant appealing to "Triumph Corporate" to help cover the repairs (which, by the way, was a TERRIBLE experience and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy).

BUT Danny and the team in the service dept. were incredible. They advocated for me, they were straight with me and they saw the job through to the end. There's nothing more I could ask for from a service experience. Huge shoutout to Danny and everyone in the service dept.

Jeff was fantastic! As a soon to be new rider, I learned so much through him. What’s more, even with the knowledge I wouldn’t be buying that day, he stuck by me and was such a gracious host. They have some beautiful bikes there and I recommend asking for Jeff if anyone’s interested in their offerings.

Had repairs done on my speedtwin. Thank you to Danny and the incredible service team. They were professional and accommodating. My bike was finished ahead of schedule. They got it looking and running perfectly again. I will definitely be coming here for any maintenance or repairs in the future.

BEWARE: This review is solely for the service department. The sales and parts departments are awesome.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Triumph service department. They performed a 12k (major service) on my bike, taking it in at noon and calling me at 4 PM to say it was ready. They charged me for 8-10 hours of labor, but had it for only 4 hours – how does that make sense? The bike didn't run any better after the service.

They also changed my chain and sprocket. When I asked Danny how to tighten the chain, he told me to look it up on YouTube. The next job was to tighten and adjust my steering bearing. When explaining my concerns, they kept blaming me, saying I must have done something wrong. That's no way to talk to a customer – blaming them without even inspecting the bike.

The last job was repairing a wire that caused my bike to short out. Initially, I was told it would cost $300, but then they called to say it would be another $300. I understand wiring can be complicated, but is there no cap on diagnostic fees if the techs can't find the issue? And how does a wire tear – was the bike not assembled properly? The job ended up costing $2600, and for that price, the work should be done correctly.

During the same visit, they said I needed new tires and front brakes, which I agreed to. Shortly after taking the bike home, the steering bearing issue returned. When I called Danny, he said it wasn't under warranty and that I would have to pay again. This is ridiculous. I took the bike to another shop, and they found the front bearing wasn't properly reassembled. The tech from the other shop said it was disheartening that this was the type of service Triumph provided.

Additionally, the seat warmers stopped working, and there were some plugs that weren't properly capped. I've never had a pleasant experience with the Triumph service department. They blame the customer, are unhelpful, and don't want to fix their mediocre work

My Triumph Tiger is running horribly. I do not enjoy riding my bike because all of the issues. And this all starts with all the services the dealer has performed on my bike. I am hopeful another shop can make my Tiger great again so I can enjoy it.

This is where I bought my motorcycle. The sales guy was awesome and friendly. They had a huge array of motorcycles - new and used. They do carry a variety of gear. All good on that front. However, they are a little expensive on the service side.
