How great and refreshing it is to find a professional marine service center that provides service like you would expect! They went above and beyond. Austin is an amazing choreographer on the front end. Great phone skills and even better in person. Tech working on our project, Anthony, was thorough and took the time to explain exactly what the situation and remedy was. The repairs were delivered on time and budget. TMS went beyond helping with a odd schedule on my end and assisting with a pickup time outside of normal office hours. Highly recommend Trolling Motor Services / The Marine Specialists for your on the water needs.

I took my 14 skiff in to purchase an outboard from them. When I tell you that the guys at this shop go above and beyond to make things happen for you, I’m not kidding. My Hub on the trailer I brought the boat in on turned out to be so bad I couldn’t make it back home safely. They not only let me park my boat there and go grab what I needed. Matt and Austin took time out of their day to not only help me take off the old hub and put the brand new one on, but made sure I had the right tools to do the job. AND noticed I had purchased a new rim and tire for the boat I had sitting on the console so they told me to go ahead and throw it on and assisted. Mr Terri was super nice and answered any questions I had and I love the motor I got from them!! Not to mention all this was happening at 4:45 and they could have easily turned me away or told me they’re about to close, please come back tomorrow.. They are a very honest, hardworking group of family and friends and will have my business as long as I’m boating.

Awesome company! Trolling motor abruptly stopped working on Tuesday so I dropped it off hoping for the best. Got diagnosis back Wednesday, approved the repairs, and picked up the fully functional motor on Thursday. 5 stars for sure -thanks so much to Matt and crew for the quick turnaround!

Since 2020 I have been doing business here, I bought my trolling motor and battery charger from them. They installed my navigation system. Anytime I’ve ever had problems with my equipment. They have honored the warranty and make quick repairs. I highly recommend them.

Great place , Matias is the best and is the only place I will ever take my boat. I've been doing business with them since 2017, and it's been awesome watching the store evolve into this awesome marine one-stop shop ... I will always take my rig here for any services, repair , or electrical work , trolling motors , Simrad , batteries etc .. I've also fished Jacksonville for almost 35 years , and business like TMS are the heartbeat of this town and they keep the fisherman doing what we love the most ...?

Called in regarding a damaged fresh water trolling motor from Puerto Rico and they went above and beyond to fix the issue regardless of the physical separation between the island and the U.S. I'd also like to add that Matt is the GOAT! He even speaks Spanish too! I cannot recommend them enough!

Impressed by the quality service of my visit for a Minn Kota trolling motor repair. I dropped the trolling motor off, and was called next day saying the new steering motor was installed and ready for pick up. The professionalism and service Terry and Anthony provided was great. Also a shout out to Minn Kota for providing new parts free of charge for a unit that was no longer covered under the 2 year warranty period. Great customer service all around, and taking care of your customer!
