I just wanted to show some appreciation, I been searching for a reliable car up and down California; I came across alot of people selling vehicles that were not very helpful. Shopping for a car was becoming discouraging, then I came across a car add for 2016 KIA sorento, I called the contact number and was greeted by Alberto. After talking with multiple people trying to purchase a vehicle I was relieved when I contacted Truck Nation in Gustine Ca, after talking about possibly buying a car from them we reached an agreement; so I contacted a family member to drive me over from Fresno Ca to their location, where I was greeted by Alberto. The whole experience was a blessing, Alberto had every question answered before I could even ask, super helpful, accurate, and open with the vehicles information. The whole experience brought confidence to the investment of my money, so I purchased the 2016 Kia Sorento and drove it back to Fresno, super grateful and satisfied with my purchase. I contacted a few family members and Informed them about the experience because I was just grateful to have finally found a car that I was confident in. Milage, Car History, Interior, exterior, test drive, and the price tag was exactly as Alberto had told me over the phone before I had drove up there. I give them five stars, I have absolutely nothing to complain about, I will definitely refer family and friends over to Alberto and his family for business. Just purchased a truck here from Alberto and his father and the whole experience was great. Right when I had entered the lot we were greeted and introduced to Alberto. We’ve been looking for a car for several months after I had my 3rd child and finally found the one that fit the bill. Dealership open, called and agreed to meet at a convenient time for us , Owner Alberto was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and didn’t put any pressure on us prior to, or during the sale. By far one the best car salesman I’ve encountered . We had a set budget to work with and Alberto went above and beyond to make sure we never went above that number . Buying a car can be a stressful experience and this was anything but. The car is excellent and my kids are so excited to have a bigger car/space. I had been looking for a vehicle on Car Gurus for weeks. I tried different locations throughout the central valley and even the bay area. No one offered exactly what I was looking for the price I was looking for.

That's when I came across a pickup that Truck Nation offered at a very good price. I was a bit hesitant before calling, as I've had bad experiences with customer service at a lot of dealerships. But I'm glad I called.

Alberto was amazing since the first phone call. He had exceptional customer service and made the process to purchase the truck super easy. Aside from the professionalism, Alberto and his dad just seem like good people in general, which was a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealerships and salesmen.
