On this second visit, we bought a bike from Tim - a 2020 Road Glide Stilletto Red. It was exactly the bike we were looking for at exactly the right price. Business manager Jacob was really nice and super efficient. Will also assisted and told some great stories. Courtney in motorclothes was just a gem. The whole buying experience here was super easy and laid back. Great people!

Friendly staff, decent selection on motor clothes, good selection of parts, and plenty of bikes. Worth a stop if you’re traveling through. Only complaint which probably no one cares about except me is all of their t shirts were graphic t’s.

One 7/14/22 I sent a request form on information reguarding a bike, on 7/16/22 I went to this dealer in order to look further into purchasing/financing the bike. When I got there is wants exactly what I was wanting. During this time I was contacted by a salesman named Eric, outstanding salesman. He helped me find the bike that I had always wanted and this is the best part, he didn’t try to push me into buying it he didn’t try to push me into another bike nor did he try to push me into payments I knew I couldn’t afford. This salesman is transparent, thorough, and honest. He’s not there to just make a sale. He followed up with me the following day and made sure I was still satisfied with my purchase. I’m now a proud owner of a Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic.

Moral of the story, if you’re looking for a bike and want good customer service and want someone to work with you, go ask for Mr.Eric Upson and tell him Andrew sent ya.

**Update 09/07/24. Still nothing but good things come from the group of individuals that work at this location. I’ve any anything from accessories to warranty work to tires replaced on this bike and it’s been stress free.

This is the second motorcycle I have bought from these guys. I live about 3 miles from another Harley dealer that is owned by the same people as this one but the level of service is not even close to what you get with TTown. I reached out to Josh and he helped me find what I wanted and worked the deal 100% through texts which is best for me due to my work schedule. After we agreed on the deal I drove my trade down to them and they evaluated it and Jacob completed all paperwork in 30 minutes. Looking forward to getting the bike after the upgrades are completed. I took the Riding Academy here. It was by far the best experience anybody could go through! Belinda our Riders Coach was by far the best Coach and person I have met. She was very patient with us and not only helped us and made us better at the actual riding but also in real life scenarios. I recommend anybody taking the MSF Course with Harley! Thank you Belinda for making my love for motorcycles grow!

Great group of employees that are super helpful! Highly recommend this dealership not just for the awesome bikes and gear, but for their community involvement! They're constantly working with local MC's and associations that are out in the community helping families in need!
