Armin, I greatly appreciate everything you did for me. On 3.26.21 on Friday I went in not really expecting to purchase a new bike, he answered all my questions didn't try selling me something he knew I couldn't handle. He helped me to point out 2 bike's he ran my credit for the Ninja 650 I didn't have to put anything down on it. He and his team serviced my bike and road it to my house when he closed Friday.He.took the time with me to purchase couple mods that I wanted on it immediately. I will most definitely be coming back thank you sir you helped me get me on 2 wheel's I love the bike!!!

I went into looking for a upgrade to my current bike 21 ninja 650, came across the zx10r it was listed for a great price, he ran my credit I was approved with nothing down, PLUS I'm still making payments on my ninja 650, once again him & his mom helped me out I got a great deal on the zx10R I love it. I can't speak for my wife she keeps threatening to burn my old bike to the ground. Now I'm having a stand guard to keep her from the new one.

You can't go wrong with purchasing anything from this dealership love these guy's, they once again helped me out on my 2nd big boy bike, thanks, Armin!

I don't write many reviews, but wanted to share my experience buying a new bike from this dealer. Their price on a new KLR650 was good enough for me to drive 230 miles each way to pick it up. Armen (owner) was very knowledgeable regarding the features of the bike and helped load it on the trailer. Happy to support a small family-ran dealer!

Remarkable situation today. We worked out a price on a new dirt bike for my youngest son over the phone and confirmed they could/would service two dirt bikes which I then loaded into my truck and headed to Tulare. That's where it got extremely confusing. Upon arrival, I selected the new Kawasaki 140 I wanted to purchase. Then I told him (Armen) that I don't know much about motorcycles as we walked out to my truck to look at the two Kawasikis I wanted to have serviced. He told me that the engine on the 450 in the back of my truck "might be done". I told Armen that it worked when I stopped riding it a year ago to which he said, "That's going to be a problem". Confused, I asked, "what's the problem?" Armen said something to the effect of, "if you're going to question the diagnosis we can't do business, it's going to be a problem." Still confused I asked, "I know nothing about motorcycles, why would I say that? That's why I brought them to a professional." In short order Armen told me that I was being aggressive and we probably shouldn't do business. He went on to informed me that there are other motorcycle shops in Visalia...

This was clearly little more than a miscommunication / misunderstanding - but his eagerness to pass on my business brings into question their ability to put the customer first, desire to succeed, and motivation to do the job at hand.

I wish them the best, and clearly they are doing well; well enough to pass on an easy cash sell and turn away shop work without so much as touching the bikes to be serviced. Impressive.

Took in my sons dirt bike for a diagnostic. They called me and told me what they believed the issue to be and I wanted to take it somewhere else to get a second opinion. I arrive to get the bike and pay for the diagnostic. He brings it out and it’s in pieces still. I asked him why and he told me that I didn’t pay to get it put back together. I then told him if it was gunna come back in pieces that it should be disclose from the beginning. He told me that I needed to pay an extra $195 to get it put back together! He then proceeds to tell me why do you want it back together? So you can go scam somebody? Like excuse me sir? No actually it’s because I believe you are trying to scam ME and I wanted a second opinion. Prior to picking up we had been nothing but kind and respectful. On top of everything they broke the fender and refused to fix it!
