Description of Issue with Blazer I2K Go Kart Purchase

On 11/18/2024, I purchased a Blazer I2K Go Kart after confirming with the sales department that it would arrive mostly assembled, requiring only the installation of the battery and mirrors. Based on this assurance, I placed my order. The next day, I received no communication regarding my purchase, so I contacted the sales department again. I was informed that Thomas, the person responsible, would follow up with me.

When Thomas contacted me, he explained that the Go Kart would not be fully assembled unless I paid an additional $327. This amount would also cover delivery by a car hauler. Despite his suggestion to have it assembled by someone else, I paid the extra fee since I lacked the means to assemble it myself.

After making the additional payment, I never received tracking information for the order. I had to call daily for updates, repeatedly being told it would ship “the next day.” When it was finally shipped, I had to personally stay in contact with the car hauler delivery company to get updates on the delivery timeline.

The Go Kart arrived on 12/04 at 8 PM. While it appeared fine upon delivery, I noticed the following day that the canopy was missing. I contacted Thomas on 12/05 about this issue, and he assured me they would send a replacement canopy. As of now, I still have not received it.

Shortly after, the power cord to the Go Kart’s battery burnt out. Fortunately, there was an extra cord included, so I was able to use that as a replacement. However, I then discovered a crack in the front bumper and paint damage on the railing. I suspect this damage occurred during transport, possibly related to the canopy coming off in transit.

I contacted Thomas again, but I received a message from his wife explaining that they could not address the issue because Thomas was dealing with double pneumonia. While I sympathize with their personal situation, it does not explain why my concerns have not been addressed. I also contacted the warehouse in Texas where the Go Kart was manufactured, but they refused to assist me, stating that I must resolve the issue with the dealer.

To date, my issues remain unresolved, including the missing canopy, the damage to the bumper and railing, and the overall lack of customer support and communication throughout this process.

We brought our three kids quads to Turbo Power Sports because we were having issues with each one. They fixed them up great, cleaned them up wonderfully and really took care of us. They were very knowledgeable and had the quads up and running in no time. We'll definitely be back for any maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend this business!

I bought a 250cc dirt bike because I recently decided to get back into riding and I was so impressed with the 250cc K5 dirt bike. Tom was excellent in helping me find just what I needed to get back to the sport I love for a great deal. The bike is a 5 speed key start and kick start. 65-75MPH! Bought a 50cc bahama scooter. Battery wasn’t good , fuel pump had to be replace as well as fuel filter. Got it delivered by Thomas and it didn’t work right off his truck. Drove me around Ontario to get it running. Had to get a new carburetor from manufacturer… worked great for a week and speedometer stopped. Rode to norco and Thomas didn’t want to fix it, made excuses and told me to look it up on YouTube. Came home and tried, “not very mechanically inclined” .. just made it worse.. Thomas had made an effort to help. But he’s definitely put more energy into ignoring me. Now he’s saying I’m crazy and he wants to help now that I told him I would make a public complaint … don’t go here. Don’t buy the bahama 50cc… this place is just a headache

I can not say enough good things about our experience with Turbo powersports. We were purchasing from Florida and honestly a little nervous as we were so far away. The owner Thomas was just awesome and made us comfortable. He went above and beyond. The bike shipped out the next day on Friday and arrived Tuesday. My husband had no issues assembling. It’s a nice ride.

Excellent customer service and great communication. I told them I was coming from San Diego , they allowed me to FaceTime and see what particular bike I wanted for my son . They only had girl bike , but they took the time to buy a heat gun and remove the stickers for me ….. i mean who else is putting that kind of effort to satisfy a customer I would highly recommend 💯

I received my 2022 Tao Tao Quantum Tour. New and non-defective. I had to adjust the carburetor just a tad to get it to idle smooth but no big deal. Overall my experience was great with this company dealing with Thomas. I don't get how a lot of people leaving reviews says they sell junk or scam you beware, all that's white noise and false. You people have to understand if you order a scooter, dirt bike or go kart etc it may not be ready to fuel and take off it just may need a little tweeking to be perfect for you. Some may not come with the front wheel or the handlebar not installed. That's how it ships big deal. If that's a concern please ask many questions so you could have an understanding on what you're getting into by the time your product arrives to you.
