Terrible people to work with. They careless about their clients. The employees and the management treat clients like plastics. Their coordination as a corporation sucks. Their computer network isn't synergized--different information anytime one calls regarding same subject matter. The whole employees need serious human service orientation

I’ve been renting an EV from Hertz in Inglewood since May 2024 and I’ve never seen such unprofessional and rudeness from an employee in my entire life as I have from one of the employees here. I believe her name is LaShawn. She’s a young girl, obviously she doesn’t enjoy working with the public. When you walk in, she doesn’t even make eye contact and greet you, she just tells you in the most melancholy, unenthusiastic, miserable sounding tone, to scan in. No good afternoon, welcome to Hertz, how you doing, nothing. I asked her automatically today if the manager was in. She said “yes” and then continued to go about assisting me. Not I’ll get her, or she’ll be right out. And this is exactly what I didn’t want, was to be assisted by her. Then I ask her again if the manager was available and she starts raging at me “What’s the beef?” I mean yelling to the top of her lungs. Finally the manager, Jade, comes to assist me, all while her employee is still raging. This girl obviously has attitude AND anger problems. If you call in and someone actually does answer the phone, she won’t even try to help you figure things out. She has no interest in doing her job well not one bit. I’m just trying to figure out what so bad. When I walked in she was sitting down in the air conditioning, leaned back in her chair and talking to her co-worker while texting on her phone. They have a steady paycheck, weekends off, why are you always so angry? I will definitely not recommend this location. The manager Jade does an awesome job but I don’t see how employees can yell at customers, constantly have a horrible attitude and obviously would rather be doing something else and still keep their job. If I treated my clients like this, I would be out of business. Thumbs all the way down 🤦🏽‍♀️👎🏾

Worst service ever. there's about 20 people here since 10 a.m., one rude worker helping everyone. I've been here for 2 hours and still have people in front of me. There's about 10 other employees here but not helping people out. I don't understand

5 Most important things to know when renting for Uber.

1. It doesn't matter what time you make your appointment or reservation at online the process doesn't start till you get there and sign in with there QR code.

2. If youuu wanna get a gas car show up early to at 8-9 o'clock in the morning because they run out quick and with EV cars like Tesla's they usually have plenty throughout the day.

3. Bring something to drink and snack on because most likely it's gonna be a 3-6 hour wait. They do have vending machines conveniently here with drink and snack's.

4. That's basically all you need when starting this process and don't forget you can get a $40voucher from Uber to get there

5. Good luck and remember patience is the name of game.

This rental company is really rubbish. It is useless to make an appointment. You have to queue up. I came to rent a car on the first day, waited for more than 3 hours, and finally told me that there was no car. I came to line up at 8:30 the next morning, and I was in front of me. There was only one person in line, and I waited 2 hours before it was my turn. Their efficiency was really too slow, the service attitude was not good, they successfully rented a car, and when you returned the car, it was really So annoying, said my car was not clean and needed to be re-washed, I drove to a nearby car wash to have it cleaned again, went to deliver the car again, they did it in the car for 20 minutes, I don't know what he was doing, check a car , as to take 20 minutes? As soon as the door opened in the morning, I came to deliver the car, queued up and re-washed the car, I wasted 4 hours, next time I will not come back here, the place that made me crash. Don't come here, the people here are not friendly.
