Absolutely amazing service. Car is new, clean, and it’s a Tesla what can I say, it’s what I drive. But please be patient with the app. The UX is really bad. Clumsy app. Be patient to go thru registration because it’s worth it. I’m rating the service 5* but the app I rate 2*. Trust me the rest is better than the app experience. I hope they fix that to match the awesomeness of the service.

I don’t normally push reviews for random businesses, but when my wife and I’s rental car from Turo no-showed while in San Francisco, and we had a full day of fun activities planned, I stumbled upon UFODRIVE. I went from oh-f*!# to driving a Tesla in less than 30 minutes. Turned out way better than if Turo host showed! So quick, so easy, couldn’t recommend them more. Next time you rent, see if they are in your city.

2/March Update - The staff finally asked the right person and they have excepted my Australian licence . It is unclear how they have got around their insurance rules and it does make me nervous that I will go to get my car and they will cancel my booking. I will update my review after the hire.

1/ March Long story short, they didn't except my licence because I renewed it less than 2 years ago. Even though I have a full licence 40 years their insurance company requires proof of this. So if you can't prove it i.e an old licence, give them a miss. P.S it also took 5 days for someone to tell me this after about 20 messages back and forth to them. Completely useless.

I own Tesla at home and the Tesla original app is what makes the car best. Using UFODRIVE, it totally ruins the experience with Tesla
