This uhaul place is the best, they will help you in person and its not just a pickup location. The pickup locations suck because they call you ahead to schedule a time and still will probably mess it up. Any time i have used this location they are quick and efficient and best customer service. Only reason i still use uhaul is because of this location.

Quick easy no issues and I extended my rental multiple times with no extra charge

Do not rent from this location. My pickup time was 9am. I arrived at 9am and had to wait 45 minutes in line (with no A/C) as there was only 1 attendant for the first 20 minutes. We had used the app to check out - don't bother as they require you do enter all the information again at the desk. Took forever. Given unclear instructions and needed to return to the desk 2 times for clarification. Moving day is stressful enough, you don't need U-Haul to add to your stress. AVOID!

Best experience I've had renting a uhaul. Uhaul as a company has really streamlined the check in and check out process with technology. Very quick process, which is great on a long moving day.
The staff are well trained with great communication. Every detail of the process was thoroughly explained to me. I dealt with multiple employees and they all seemed like they received good customer service training and were applying it properly.

I rent a van in the weekly basis at U-Haul. For some reason, when I’m unable to get a vehicle at this location, is always a nightmare. I’m so lucky to work with them as they have amazing customer service, my vehicle is always clean and people here are very trustworthy. I sometimes just drop off my car and they send me the invoice. 👏
