Jaime is the best!! He greeted us with a smile and assisted us throughout the process of towing the trailer, answering all questions from novices at towing. He explained everything clearly and troubleshot a connection issue with the trailer lights. When we returned the trailer, he had us on our way in a matter of minutes. Kudos to UHaul for hiring such a great people person who knows his stuff!!

She didn't want to give us her name. We waited for 40 minutes. We got to the place and she continued to be rude. We repeated many times that she should stop being rude and when we asked for her name on the phone she hung up on us. She called later and said that the call was disconnected and her excuse was that me and my brother wouldn't stop talking and she didn't understand what we were saying. I don't know if she was racist or rude. We needed to rent and we had to put up with her attitude.

I bought a trailer hitch. It came with easy instructions, and there is a U-Haul YouTube video to assist with installation. It was pretty easy.

Not a very good place to rent stuff from. I did the early check in for nothing. I still had to go through everything anyways. My ID, and my credit card. Then the trailer I got was missing a latch and the latch that was there wasn't even attached to the trailer.

All good EXCEPT, BE CAREFUL. I was being charged for 2 days when I had the 15ft Box truck for 23 hours and 52 minutes! Their computer system was messing up charging me fir a second day. Look at the details if the transaction when you're returning their vehicle on a following day. Staff was good. I CAUGHT THE NISTAKE, NOT THEM. 😞
Otherwise, the rental was good. The truck was clean and ran good.
I will rent there again.
