1.30.24: Called earlier in the week to schedule my u-haul rental at this location. They were helpful, communicative, and prompt during the entire scheduling process. I had also ordered a car dolly as well, however, there wasn't one available for the requested pickup date. Customer service was awesome and offered a full size auto trailer for the price of the car dolly that wasn't available. But the only catch was, I had to pick up the trailer at a different U-Haul location. I didn't mind since I needed the trailer and it was really appreciative and helped to save a lot of money. Also I wasn't aware you could rent moving blankets as opposed to buying them and that saved me a ton of money as well. With how busy it was, the employees handled it great and quickly worked through each customer's rental.

What a great crew. Always putting on a smile. My 2nd time at this location and I drive past three other options. But I wouldn't dare risk a perfect experience by choosing otherwise. Keep up the fantastic customer service, friendly smile, professionalism, as well as a sense of humor. May you all keep doing what you are doing and be rewarded for your knowledge and kindness. P

Totally understaffed and unorganized. One person behind the desk trying to handle all the morning rush.
I had pre-paid for the truck and when my driver came to pick up the truck, they charged him again and made him pay cash.
I would not use this business again.

The customer service from the Uhaul representative was poor. She was very unfriendly and rushed. We also did not have anyone meet us outside and just left the vehicle running with keys inside. Strange process.

The good news is we had an excellent experience in the drop off at the California location and gave them a 5* review. Reno needs to work on the training of the employees.

They are on it here! Really smooth experience, affordable (for my local move), and the employees were very helpful and personable. They had exactly what I needed (a 26’ truck with 8 moving boxes). I actually wish I could go back and tip the guy who helped me unload an air conditioning unit from the back of the truck into my car. Thank you!

lil Miguel had a great smile checked me out quick and was very nice. Savana had a great since of humor and great smile.. Devin was great was attentive and quick.. Miguel the manager was looking sexy as can be and had a great smile and sense of humor. Great team you guys ..
