I want to U-Haul store located in El Camino 1650 El Camino ave . and The manager was very rude with me and he starts yelling at me and he makes me embarrassing front of everybody because one single light is not working I went to another location and I rent another Dolly and single light work fine and the problem it wasn’t form my vehicle . this location has very bad Castamer Service specially the manager of the store

This is an old experience (2018), but I was incredibly impressed by the customer service. So much so that the memory is making me post a review 5 years later.

Everything was good, except for one truck was charged double the amount of the second one. Had to argue back n forth with this location and trip origination location to adjust the amount. Overall all went well on a 1800 miles journey.

Friendly staff...like the remotes for the gate you get...very convenient rather than getting out of your car and punching your code in as you would normally have to since its not one you can pull along side and reach out your window....time frame is ok and works for me from 6am til 9 pm

Terrible service nobody answers the phone and the add pate fees and other charges weeks later I will never use them again.
