The check out process was easy. The customer service I received from Feliza was top tier. I would definitely recommend this Uhaul facility to others and tell them to have Feliza help them out with all of their Uhaul needs. She is very knowledgeable and her customer service was excellent!

How could it be easier? It couldn't. I drive to the drop off bay. The agent looks at the mileage, completes whatever data processing she does in less than 2 minutes, and I'm off. The receipt is in my email.

Super bad experience twice one was with John a young men with long hair and taper on side, first time talking to him her was rude. Then today I called to get a truck and I called the manger and told them can I come early to get the truck and they said yes , I was like okay I am going please don’t give to anyone else and they did . Super bad customer service.

Picked up my Uhaul they asked how many miles I was going. I didn't know I had to add a diffrent drop off location, I did tell them I was Moving. So I had to pay an additional 250$ fee for "Wrongful drop off location".

They need to ask if we are going out of the city or droppingoff at a different location.

I scheduled a truck for mobile pickup through the app and it was not only blocked in but the woman was SO RUDE. I ready had a man helping me grab the keys, the app literally says to bypass the line and go show the key pickup screen and I did and while he was grabbing the keys another worker came from outside and snapped at me for being rude and ignoring all the people in line. As much as I appreciate her advocating for the people waiting, she had no excuse to raise her voice at me and after I explained I was being helped and she still demanded to see the message on my phone. Then when she saw it she said "oh". Not even an apology. She went out of her way to approach me with hostility and then walk away. And the entire interaction was infront of every worker and customer that all stopped what they were doing and watched. So rude. Then the van was so low on gas it ran out before I got to the closest gas station. Ridiculous

They will bait and switch you. Rentals go to the customer who will need it longer for more days and mileage. I reserved a van but only needed it for 1 day. They notified me the day before that I had to go across town to pick up a van because the 2 they had on the lot was given away--after I reserved it! They charge by the mile so not only was I inconvenienced, I had to incur additional mileage that they would not reimburse. I understand you want to make more money off your rentals but at least reimburse your customers not even for the inconvenience but for the additional mileage cost your selfish policies create.

Make sure to get the insurance in case the truck breaks down on you. Lu July mines didn’t. Whew!
