Well I was already having a bad day and I thought it was going to be that way all day. When I walked in I was greeted by a very professional front desk lady who was extremely informative and courteous. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful. Overall I had a great experience. While I was there I was able to meet both ladies that work the front desk and both were a breath of fresh air. They were very professional and helpful. I will be recommending this business to all of my friends and family.

I retract my previous review.... This place is okay but they will gouge your pockets with a smile if they see you struggling they will up the price on you ..... I feel like I'm in debt... they auctioned off my unit and then had the nerve to tell me that I still owed them...... Keep an eye on your summary and don't get behind on payments because they will make you think that you owe a whole lot..... I honestly think that I'm going to have to bring a lawsuit they sneak and hit you with so many fees Plus they up the price every month on your unit after you've been with them for years...... They're friendly and they work with you until your pockets are empty..... And I don't know if it's legal for them to have blooper reels of customers on security cameras at Christmas holiday events to laugh and make fun of but I guess whatever gets them through the year to each his own.......

They have worst bad customer service. The lady on the front desk she is so rude. We go for to get the truck for rent and I was asking for the sizes and she is too Rudy with me. If customer wants to know the price and size what’s you problem to tell the customer. Ever worst experience.

Fantastic service! We have rented from this location several times and just leased a storage unit and the people that have assisted us have been great. The layout for parking and getting in/out of the storage unit gates is a little tricky but overall the facilities are very neat and clean.

I had a great experience with this location. Destiny helped me out and she was outstanding. I had an issue returning the equipment after hours and she fixed that extra charges due to something that was out of my control! I would do business with this location again.
