I cannot say enough about this place. I'm used to U-haul outlets that are small and functional. This place is big, with a big parking lot, every supply you could ever need, a professional process and the nicest guys you'll ever meet who will answer all of your questions. I had to call for an extension, no problem. I had to come by because I put the truck lock on upside down, no problem. Check out was a breeze. I'll never go anywhere else.

It was easy and professional. They are open 7 days a week. They were flexible if our 24 hour period was after hours and allowed us to return it first thing in the morning, although we did not need that.

Today I return a unused box and a nice gentleman name Rich who is very friendly and kind to me even I did not purchase this box from this store. I did try to return these unused box to the U-Haul Locations in North Highlands, CA 95660 where I purchased this box. However the front desk lady refused to help to return. Extremely disappointed with this staff. Terrible customer services.

The staff were fantastic. They were polite, friendly fast. The truck was clean and they helped me to estimate all the miles that I was gonna need. Tell me what to bring it back on when I came to return the truck they came out and immediately got to me and it was nice and quick.

I booked the truck online (U-haul website) on the 7th for the 12th and received a confirmation email with all the details. Even though I had booked a moving service, my husband and I wanted to move some items ourselves so we could start living in our new house. However, on the morning of the 11th, someone from U-Haul called to inform me that the location I had booked four days earlier didn’t have a 15 ft truck available. They told me I would have to pick up the truck at the Fair Oaks location, which was much too far from Roseville. Luckily, I was able to get a truck from the Sunrise location, but I had to return it there instead of Rancho Cordova, which I had originally chosen as the drop-off location (closest from Anatolia). We explained the situation, and I believe the person’s name was Richard (GM). He was very helpful, gave us a discount, and explained everything clearly in a very professional and friendly manner. (Other staff members were friendly too) I believe this was my third time renting a truck from U-Haul, and my first time renting from the Sunrise location. And this location had the best, friendliest service and The parking lot was very spacious, and the entrance was easy to find and clearly marked!

I was not shown where my uhaul truck was at, The uhaul i was given was dirty fall of sap and leaves could not see out of the windows/ mirrors. When I went to return my uhaul the girl was clueless after i explain what i rented my name and my pick up and drop off time. On top of it She did not check in my return leading me getting a call the next day asking when i am going to return my uhaul? After i returned it in before my drop off time I will not be going back this is unacceptable
