They need more than 1 person to check out customers. I had reserved online and when it was my turn it took at least 10 minutes. The vehicle only had an 8th of a tank of gas.
But the vehicle ran well and returning it was simple.

I have recently had some bad experiences dealing with U-Haul locations, but my experience at this location was excellent! The guy behind the customer service counter was super friendly and my reservation was set and ready to go. I had absolutely zero issues with picking up the equipment and dropping it back off. Even though they aren’t the closest to me, I think I will make this my go to location along with the one in Vestavia. Those locations seem to get it right!

I would never recommend this location to anyone. Employees will not check in the equipment/truck and blame you for not turning it in when I’m fact the employees and managers did not follow proper protocol when checking in returned trucks. I had to call corporate in order for them to comply. Manager kept stating the truck was stolen after viewing camera footage of me returning truck. Everyone needs to be replaced there. Can’t trust them to follow procedures.

I will use U-haul again and again. Vehicle run smoothly from Alabama to California with no issues. Very good customer service. Vehicles very clean.

Hands down best Uhaul experience I’ve had! Miss Shay was very helpful and had the best customer service! She went above and beyond and exceeded every expectation we had! Highly recommend this location

Great customer service at this location. Needed a trailer the staff took time to look at the hitch on my truck and provide guidance on what I needed to tow the trailer safely. Prior to me leaving they hooked everything up and disconnected it upon return.
