Shelby and Keisha were very knowledgeable, dedicated professionals and helped me with the check out process as I hadn't rented uhaul equipment since the early 2000s and the process was very different. There were many people and they served everyone respectfully and courteously. I hope they are promoted and praised for their exceptional customer service.

I had the worst rental pickup experience of my life while renting here. Now, they're trying to charge me more money afterward without a reason and threatening to send my bill to collections.

My list of complaints:

For one, you guys sent me around to the back of the building THREE DIFFERENT TIMES and assigned me to THREE DIFFERENT TRUCKS before you actually gave me a truck with keys that worked. You wasted over an hour of my time going back and forth to different trucks, just to find out that the keys don't work or the truck you assigned to me wasn't there. Didn't receive a single apology from the front worker - this must be common practice here so expect to have AT LEAST an hour of your time wasted.

Furthermore, you NEVER sent me a confirmation text before the appointment like you said you would. You also NEVER sent me instructions on how to return the vehicle properly, even though you said you would.

Lastly, you cancelled my pickup on the day of my appointment and made me drive 25 minutes further to pick up my vehicle.

This is a disgrace and a sad excuse for a business. Not one employee I came into contact with was even somewhat competent. You have a ton of audacity to try and charge me more money after all this. If ANYTHING, you should be refunding me part of my money for putting me through hell. I will be leaving a negative review sharing my experience on every single platform I can now. Don't expect even a cent more out of me. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT 100%.

I ordered my pickup truck online for Sunday with an estimate of $45. I knew that with my legend might be a little more a little more so once I arrived at the location Sunday that's a location Sunday morning the the place was clean the staff were straightening up packaging. Most of staff was was nice and helpful one had a little attitude. After checking out and going to get the truck it was stuck between 2 other trucks so my brother went back in to ask the young lady to move the truck in front. We were standing outside for a good 15 minutes or so he had to go back in cause she had forgotten. Another staff guy came out and move the truck. I checked the truck out it did have a few dents. Also 1 tire had low tire pressure the filled it but it didn't have a cap I said well take 1 off another truck tire. On the return They were a little busy so we just left the truck and they said I will get a receipt later I did forget something in the truck I called it was closed by then. Called this morning And they found it and I said I will come and get it later in the day. I finally looked at my final receipt so From my 1st online estimated $45 to $91 my final receipt was $116. I felt that the gas was still full but I was missing 2 gallons so that was $10.50 and then he estimated my travel of 50 miles because it was 20 miles back-and-forth but it ended up being 66 miles also that went from estimate of $31 to $52. All for 4 and half hours of use.

Keosha and Andrew are two of the worst managers I’ve encountered. A paying customer, whose unit was on autopay with no issues, discovered by chance a note saying his belongings would be thrown away in a few days. He was never informed of this. Shockingly, Keosha admitted (on video) that anyone could cancel a unit without ID or verification. This resulted in the unit being nearly cleared out due to an employee error marking it as ready to move out. Mistakes happen, but the way these managers handled it was appalling. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the customer and even called the police on him when he tried to retrieve his belongings. U-Haul should be embarrassed to have such unprofessional managers on staff.

Do not store your items & goods at this storage unit. They’re very unprofessional…their manager Andrew is useless. The African-American employee Keosha is a rude employee with a nasty attitude. They seriously need to clean house or better yet close this place

I get Charge $42 for fuel adjustment

I received with 28 miles to end the tank

I made the complaint to the person who helped me, but he made the adjustment from my phone, putting it at the level that I received it so that they wouldn't charge me the extra charge.

The deal was to deliver it as I received it, I delivered it with 38 miles to go, even with ten extra miles.

They were the one thing that went right during a very difficult time in my life compounded by moving. Everyone there was professional and friendly especially Monique who even offered some well needed words of advice and Russ who was always there to help solve many problems. They both really went above and beyond, many thanks! I highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks again for all your help! Keep up the great work!
