The owner was awfully rude and the customer service was no where to be found. I wish I would have seen the reviews before I booked my rental with this location. I walked in and was in line, totally ignored by the lady working there and the owner sitting right in front of me. I work in customer service, when a customer walks in, you greet them, it’s common sense. The owner didn’t even turn to acknowledge the fact that I was standing in line and the lady working for him was busy with another customer. He proceeded to be in his phone, then his wife walks in with McDonald’s and a snob attitude. She goes into the office, says something to him and then they walk into the office. He comes back out blabbing about something and walks out of the store. After a few minutes, he walks back in. Proceeds to look after his phone, then decides to make a phone call to a customer. This whole time, no one has greeted me, or asked me anything. I had an appointment for my pick up. I could have been in and out in less than 5 minutes. Then he finally decided he feels like attending me, still no “hello, how are you ma’am?”…just starts talking to me and I didn’t even realize he was addressing me. He just blurts out, something along the line, “what are you here for?” Seeing a scenario as such, I feel like corporate should train these people in the basics of customer service before selling them a location. And to top it all off, no thank you, and the owner didn’t even walk me out to show me where the van was parked nor did he tell me verbally which side of the lot it was on or ANYTHING! Literally had to go look for it while my 11 yr old son helped me.
Safe to say I will never go back to that location and at this point I will stick to Enterprise. I had a great experience with them last time I rented a truck.

The manager the guy that works there the bald-headed dude has such a bad attitude he talks like he's from the street like ghetto higher more professional people the girl was okay she did her job she was sweet but the man was completely passive-aggressive talk with the street attitude the whole time the white dude over there was very unhelpful and didn't really care much to help either

The customer service was terrible. I asked if they have over night drop off and an employee told me yes they do, but the bald employee cut him off and said no they don't. I kept asking why not because I know I saw a receptacle for over night dropoff but he never answered or explained and just kept repeating that I can't do it. They're ridiculous and I will let others know that it's not worth going here

Walked in at 9:10 am on Friday 10/11/2024 asking for propane refill. Both guys looked at me and said, We will be out there shortly. 20 minutes go by and the manager walks outside and tells us his system is down. Wasted time. Don’t recommend.

Customer service at this location is the absolute worse! I was turned away for propane at 130 in the afternoon, the guy claimed they were doing a shift change in 30 mins and couldn't do it. Worst excuse I've ever heard. Went down the street 10 mins to another location and they were super helpful, I was in and out in 5 mins. Don't do business at this location!!

They charge you extra charges so they can pocket the money and U-Haul was in bad shape. It was dirty and had engine troubles. It would make weird noises and would randomly speed up and stop.

Horrible customer service they had us waiting for about 10 minutes to be seen. We asked for help. They told us will be with you next second aggressively and then when they came, they had attitude and one of the workers lied about how much gas I was supposed to return with the vehicle for so They still charge my card overall it was a bad customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this to nobody and the manager. He’s very rude. Very rude.

I didn’t think to catch the name of the gentleman who just opened the store after I got there late and helped me carry 15 large boxes out to my car. But you seriously helped me - I was having really, REALLY rough week and your kindness kept me from losing it crying in the lot. Thank you, you are an angel.
