Recently rented a truck from here. On returning the truck, we made a comment that we were waiting in the truck for 10 minutes for someone to come out, and nobody did, so we went inside to get someone's attention. Following this, one of the employees (young, Asian guy, did not catch his name) followed us out to our car as we were leaving claiming we were talking behind his back and trying to start a fight. I don't know how this person is able to work in a customer service position with an attitude like that.

So far so good. I read the reviews first and lots of them are negative but I shall see for myself. I'll post again after I've moved.
Finished moving and I will recommend this business. Truck was clean, ran great, staff was knowledgeable and helpfull.

BEWARE!!!!!!!! The worst uhaul I've ever been to. Save yourself a headache and go to another one. The gave us a faulty truck. Be sure to check your truck. If you're renting from here the people here don't know what they're doing. The girl that works here Marlen gave us a Truck that could have killed us. I really hope the manager dose something about this. This is the worst situation I've ever been through.

The staff is what makes this place so good. Great group of people .. great experience, I had a hitch installed here and they had it done in less than half an hour.
