Staff on site was very helpful and polite.
Truck was ready early before arrival with all dolly's and moving blankets ordered inside the back ready to be used. Returning the truck was very easy to do through the app on my phone.
I would highly recommend this service.

Went to get propane, a d was told they can't do right now cuz the Guage isn't working. This is understandable, no problem.

But, I suggested putting a sign up, and the guy told me he can't put one up.

Bad review for a stupid statement. I have been getting propane from here for years, bought both of my 10 gal tanks from here.

Won't come back. Apparently management (not the guy in talked to) doesn't understand notifying customers. Bad management = losses for the company.

WORST!! Very inefficient, very inconsiderate, and very disorganized facility. The propane tank is located in the middle of the lot and because of the way how they parked their trucks, it only allowed 1 lane gap through the lot. I got STUCK waiting for this RV to fill his propane tank for me to get out. New customers also couldn't enter to park their cars. I purposely looked at the workers hinting to them that this is NOT a good setup. They just ignored me and didn't bother to say a word....

After I checked I was just told to walk out the truck myself. I had always been walked out by an employee to look at the truck with me. The truck was dirty from being kept under a tree. When I brought the truck back the employee told me I could go and would be emailed a receipt. 9 hours later I have not gotten an updated receipt even though I was significantly under the estimated miles.

We pulled up at 4:28 PM and they said that propane was closed for the day on Sundays at 4:30. They were more than enough people to help out as we saw. Guess they all wanted to get off right on time today.

Go up
