🔰 my representative Mr.trayshun and Mr.kevin Miss L and the u-Haul team representatives are all to the highest caliber very intelligent found solutions made adjustments very friendly very patient willing to hear you out completely it is truly the best representatives I have had the pleasure of speaking with. there are many agents they are all wonderful. I just need to mention that because it is a great team! But I would like to see all my representative from my phone conversation and in person to be recognized. I would like somebody to personally thank them for me one more time because I am not in that building or the work place to do it myself. so I ask you please give them many thanks and of course, the managers and supervisors also need to be recognized. Terrible as they seem to only have 1 worker or 2 at most when is really busy. Some of the employees are great and some lack professionalism and care for their job. Why does it take so long to get pick up a truck you had already reserved?

They changed my time from 7am to 10am

I went to pick up my truck at the western location and they told me they didn’t have It and they changed It to a Gardena location.

I waited a total of 3 hours from one place to the other. I finally got checked in and the receptionist couldn’t find the keys to the truck. She gave me another truck which It was extremely dirty, the back was wet, smelled, dusty. My equipment and furniture got sticky dark type of oil on them.

It Is unacceptable to have such bad management of the store. Poorly trained and under staff.

I had the most horrible experience on top of the stress of packing.

[UPDATE] 7/3/2021 Still coming here. So far I haven’t been in a situation where they were out of propane.

What are the odds...? The Uhaul location I typically go to for propane refills was out of propane. So, I went to another one, and it was out of it too!!! I started thinking that maybe what’s going in Texas is affecting all of us now... (I read somewhere that 20% of the refinery in Texas is being affected by the recent snow storm and in part the gas prices at the pumps are certainly reflecting that right now.)

And then, I googled for another Uhaul location and found this location. I actually called the location thinking that I was calling them to double check while I was on my way. But it turned out that it was the main control center. Anywho, the rep confirmed that this location had propane!!! So, it was a happy ending.

Oh and the guy who refilled my tank told me that the two locations out of propane had nothing to do with what’s going on in Texas. It sometimes happens that way... lol My silly paranoia 🤪

The Customer service was excellent. The GM at that location has a well organized and knowledgeable team. They were so helpful in so many different ways. I Wouldn't rent from any other U-haul location.

The worst customer service I was told I could not rent because my driver license is from Arizona when I entered the store I was not greeted I was asked if I had a reservation. Employees faces look like they are so irritated to help

The rep didn't go over the gas policies with me. As per other car rental services, gas tank is usually filled when rented, however the gas was near empty when I was renting this UHaul, so I had to add gas before driving it. The bill was a total of $111.22. I used less than 1/8 of the total tank would have been $13.90 gas. When I returned the UHaul, I noticed that this wasn't taken into account for the bill, and asked for a total reimbursement of the gas that I did not use. This would be equivalent to $97 gas money that was just given to UHaul because no rep went over the gas policies with me. I have reached out twice to customer service, the first time they asked me for a receipt, and I told them I had to find it. Then they said someone from their team would call me. I did not receive a phone call. I reached out again to customer service and provided them with the receipt they asked for, however now they are saying they cannot refund me. This whole experience would have been avoided if the rep was clear about the gas policy. But regardless, UHaul shoud have been at least willing to reimburse partial if not all of the extra gas I gave them.

Go up
