Excellent experience renting a 15 foot truck for the first time. Easy booking online, pick up and return process with phone access to staff even on a Sunday. The truck was clean and comfortable to drive. Everything was good

Working with this facility was a great experience. The guy who checked us in, joshua, was very friendly efficient, and got us in and out very quickly. We were returning a trailer that we hauled, and he got his unhooked and the paperwork done in no time. It was a pretty busy facility, but it look like all the workers were plugged in and helped everyone pretty quickly.

I just had the pleasure of working with Sharon this morning. Not only was she on time, to deliver U-Boxes, but also friendly, cheerful, acommodating, and very professional. She can maneuver the fork lift like no other which is quite impressive. It's great to see a young person thrive in a predominantly male role.

I have moved A LOT. (Ex-military and, recently, six moves in six years) I usually opt to move myself to save money and, honestly, I don't trust anyone else. I have used U-Haul more times than I care to count, and the staff at most locations act like you're bothering them. The staff here are friendly and quick (anyone who has waited in line at a U-Haul knows what I'm talking about). Thank you for making such a stressful event just a bit easier!

My belongings (parking pass) were given away after I called to ensure with a worker they would keep my belongings in an envelope with my name on it they gave it off to another person ! They claimed the other person left “A” parking pass too and decided to give them mine without asking questions they need to be organized and make sure they give the correct info to people they gave it off to the incorrect person and tell me it’s not our responsibility this happens to people it’s a parking pass not a lost jacket so they must be organized and not lie to clients I called for assistance with the issue encountered Nontrust worthy Unprofessional manager named Eddie who loves to hang up on clients and decides to pick and choose who he helps horrible attitude with no professionalism at all has other workers speak and work for him because he cannot do anything for himself horrible communication and horrible work ethic for a manager I called to resolve issue workers would hang up on me and laugh at my dilemma Horrible customer service and horrible management theses people should find another line of work and get out customers service with that poor disgusting attitude I hope this happens to no one else !
