I drove a total of 17 miles but the agent working charged me for 2 gallons of gasoline. Do your small moving trucks (10 foot truck) only get 8.5 mpg? 1 gallon, fine, no big deal. But 2? I am extremely disappointed that the agent chose to charge for 2 gallons. That aspect was the reason I gave the rating I did.

truckers do not book load for this place does not have enough space to back up truck old lady is very rude she doesn’t know how to communicate with someone i ask her to move only small u haul van i order for to back up and she said she doesn’t care if something gets damage (RACIST)

I’ve rented uhaul over the years, going back 20-odd years at least. My experience today was great. Prompt and efficient pickup, everything was ready, truck was was brand new (350 miles I think). Return was likewise fast. Jennifer and her team were on the ball and got it done. I do not normally leave reviews - but I will here for the work ethic and hustle. I appreciated folks trying hard to deliver above expectations!

Very competitive pricing, efficient and organized facility and staff. Super helpful too. Our trailer was inspected with us there and was in great shape. We will be back when we have a need to rent a trailer from U Haul. One stop shop!
