I was helped by Andrew in renting a 15' truck with an automobile transport trailer. He showed me all the steps, right from hitching the trailer to using the accessories to secure my SUV. The location had a huge lot that made it easy for a first time hauler to test it out before hitting the road. After loading my SUV, another associate came and checked that it was secured correctly. I would highly recommend this location to anybody looking to rent a U-Haul truck.

We were in a jam and needed to rent a truck and trailer to pull a diesel jeep. They wouldn't let us because they said the drive shaft would need to be disconnected which we had already done. The manager was rude and told us to go to another location 10 miles away to rent the exact same set up. So we had to take an Uber to the other location to rent what we needed with no problems. Manager was absolutely ridiculous and very unhelpful, we wasted so much time running around getting what we needed.

Excellent customer service. Manager is human and great. Trailer was dirty with leaves and twigs in it. It could have been washed off with a hose. Still, it suited my purpose.

Terrible customer service, received truck with a near empty fuel gauge even though it was marked in the system at 1/4 tank and I was charged nearly $70 in fuel I did not use. Received only 6/24 blankets I ordered, communication was terrible. Travis Kelly and Dale Uber, both of whom are in charge at this location, seem to be either wildly incompetent or straight up uncaring about fraudulent business practices.

Dale was the best! After finding out my wiring was broken and could tow, he was able to get me a good deal on another vehicle and totally saved the day.

The most terrible rip-off experience with U-Haul I've ever had money-grubbing place they charge you for things that you did not do they charge you for gas you did not use every penny counts to them and they're trying to get it out of you no matter what

My experience at this U-Haul was excellent! I needed a truck at the last minute and quickly. The staff here were quick and efficient, got me the truck I needed and on my way in about ten minutes. I was very impressed and will go back there next time.
