A complete SCAM of a company. I'm certainly going to be contacting better business bureau. This company is trying to make fraudulent charges regarding fuel. The truck online first of all said was going to be $19.95. They then estimated my totals to be $40+ dollars, with the thought I would be driving 20 miles.
Turns out I drove 13 miles, and was asked to make sure the car had A QUARTER of a tank of gas in the car upon return. When I returned the truck, that's what was in there. They didn't like the fact that I only put at 1/4th of tank, so they decided to charge me an ADDITIONAL $51. Also WITHOUT PROOF accused me of leaving 1/8th of a tank of gas in the car. Plus if I don't make that payment in 7 days they will then add another $30 charge on top of that for $81. They then ask me do I have pictures proving that I put gas in the car. Had I know you guys were going to be fraudulent I would have taken pictures of everything! I had the truck less time than anticipated, drove less miles than anticipated and yet they are charging me $81 additional. Please do not come to this U-HAUL. if you can help it, find somewhere else. They will hit you with a TON of hidden, random fees and even when you do the right thing, you still get screwed. Go somewhere else!

I visited UHaul on 2/15/25 @ 5:20 hrs. The person at the time was so bad with CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was on his Cell Phone most times while we are standing RIGHT INFRONT of him. Seemed like LOST in his own world. We had to repeat atleast 3 times before he was able to Serve us. NOT even being attentive when we asked him a question. We had to repeat that as well.

People come to SEEK help and assistance with these kind of issues especially when someone is moving and needs genuine assistance with questions.
Please HIRE someone who genuinely is Working while at the CLOcK.

The truck wasn’t cleaned. The middle seat wouldn’t fold. Oil was at 40%. I asked for 7 days but was given extra four days. When I returned the truck I was charged for two weeks rate. Instead of 7/weekly rate and 3days rate. I’m done renting truck from this location. They are not honest and trustworthy.

I’ve had wonderful and horrid experiences with U-Haul. I found this to be one of the good locations. I rent a storage unit here and it feels clean, safe, and carts are always available.
