The entire experience was horrible the person helping us had no clue what they were doing. I sympathize since she was new employee and left alone. Paperwork was done incorrectly was force to drive truck to Northgate facility so they can check truck and miles. Would never go to that facility for any storage needs.

The fact that my reservation was changed to keyless without my permission. I was only notified by an email. I knocked on the office door people where in there didn’t answer. I check my email said keyless reservation. It was 100 degrees outside. I was trying to forget out how to get the key. Finally after I called the 800 number and information. The app wasn’t working. I’m at the key box the office person finally comes out to ask if I need help this was 20min later. The key box was hard to get into. If the office person wasn’t there I wouldn’t know how to get into the key box. What a mess. Never again!

This location is horrible they re-wrote my contract in the middle of my move, separated my pods and cost me an additional $3,600 for my pods. I was told one price which was already over $9000 and then when I was no longer in the state said oh wait you have to pay extra for my 4th pod so I am stuck with the cost. This was communicated after they already had my pod and I moved to the new state. What choice do I have I would have never agreed to this if communicated up front. This is a complete ripoff
