I am writing this in respect to the general availability of labor this time of the pandemic. There was 2 people there and I was 2nd in line and there were only limited the experienced workers evidently. What I'm trying to say is the service was relatively poor and slow to check in and while everything seemed well stocked clean and orderly the workers were struggling to keep up with 3 customers. I have used a few different u-haul companies in my lifetime and the ones in Redding are superior to the Red Bluff one I visited today. I guess if the employee starts to show stress trying to work with one customer, and unable to clearly communicate that he will be with us shortly, then the stress spills over on to us.

This has been my best experience with a self-service storage facility. The owner, Rhett, was easily accessible and was able to assist me with my issue and fix it in a very timely manner. The prices are very reasonable, and the employees, along with Rhett, are all very kind people, willing to take the extra steps to keep a customer happy. 10/10, these guys rock.

Common to walk into store with a line to the door and not a single employee in sight. No one in store, the repair shop or out with the equipment. Couldn't even see anyone on the giant screen with multiple camera views on it. I tried calling store number and it said all reps were helping other customers and it routed me to national uhaul phone operator.

The gentleman who helped us when we picked up the equipment was a godsend. We were stuck in a tight position that left this location as our last chance. The previous U-Haul location employees were very unkind and cold toward us, despite the error not being our fault. This young man had such patience and was able to help us with getting the equipment. To the manager of this employee, hold onto him!!! He deserves recognition for his customer service and support. If I lived locally, I would recommend this location phenomenally.

The gentleman, Ethan, was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, considerate and extremely competent. Even though, at the time I was there, Ethan was by himself, he served multiple customers quickly and efficiently. It’s a rarity now a days to find an employee as dedicated as Ethan.

They need to maintain the equipment better, but mostly the attitude of the General Manager leaves a LOT to be desired. He clearly feels he's smarter and better than everyone else. Then there was the 40 minute wait, when I returned the car dolly, for anyone to come out and disconnect the dolly from my truck.
If I need to rent anything in the future, I'll be going to a different location, or a different company entirely.
