AVOID THIS LOCATION. I attempted to cancel my storage unit by sending in a move-out request on 8/31. A week later, I received a text message stating the next monthly charge would be drawn soon. I called location's customer service multiple times with no answer. I was directed to the centralized U-Haul customer service, and they attempted to call the location several times on two separate occasions with no response. Both left messages and one sent an email requesting my unit rental be terminated. The only way the centralized customer service agent was able to ensure I wouldn't be re-charged was to remove my banking information from my account. It is very concerning that this location does not process move-out requests in a timely manner and will continue to charge customers unless you have corporate customer service remove your banking information. If you use this location, make sure to double-check your cancellations and bank statements to ensure you are not being charged after you submit a move-out request.

It supposed to open at 7. I got there at 7 and I been waiting outside 20 minutes until someone finally came to open.
They gave a dirty nasty van with dog hair all over 🫣. I rented it cause I needed for catering services. The worst experience ever. Of curse after I done using it I took it to the car wash. People renting the van next to me are not responsable of getting something that dirty and disgusting. When I returned it I been waiting outside for someone to come and check the van for more than 15 minutes. No one came and Decided to leave. The same Day I got charged for $133 without telling me the reason. No calls no nothing, they just did it. I was a regular customer and It's hard for me to believe that I'm coming back to this place again8

Was switched to this location less than 24 hours before my planned pickup, even though I had reserved a month ago. No parking available, needed to leave my persona car on side street in an industrial neighborhood. There were no furniture pads available, even though the rental stated they would be provided, so my furniture was scratched by the movers hired through U-haul. After I returned the truck that evening (overnight drop off) and received confirmation on that app I had completed the return, received a voicemail the next morning that I needed to return my rental truck immediately and that I was in violation of my agreement. When I called back immediately to share I had already returned my truck the day before, the lady on the phone said "yeah it's mark as closed", instead of maybe apologizing for the confusion or even calling back and leaving a voicemail that everything was okay after all to avoid the entire situation. Will not be recommending U-haul moving forward.

Had a hitch installed here today and they did a good job. My one suggestion for them would be to communicate time estimates better. Was told it would be around 2 hours. When I called after 2.5 hours they said to come back it will be ready in 5 minutes. After waiting another hour at the shop it was finally ready. I would rather they just tell me a longer more accurate time then have me wait around when I don’t need to be there.

Customer service , non existent. Don’t dare ask questions or change try to change your reservation, you will get a solid no we can’t . Too bad Penske is so expensive . We need more competitors so staff can really work that customer service that is greatly needed at U-Haul.

Picked up at 1 to drop off at 4. Finished early dropped off at 2:27. I was told by worker to leave truck with driver window down and keys inside, I would receive a receipt in 15 minutes. Took picture of mileage. I received a call at 7:30 PM about extending my rental because it was late. I was very upset because I dropped off the truck early and did exactly what I was told. I told the person on the phone what happened & I had proof of gas time, pictures of mileage with the time of drop off early. NOT LATE! I received a receipt the next business day late morning confirming I dropped off truck at 4PM and was charged an extra mile. Someone at that location didn’t do their job or used truck to go get food and charged me the extra mile.

Worst experience- take screenshots of your quotes online because they changed the price, then looked at me like I was crazy when I asked how and why that could have happened, and if this happens often. If I did not have my record, they would have charged $60 more telling me I have no other option (about $330 instead of $270).

The girl at the desk kept talking over me, repeating the same information, until I provided proof, then started talking with her coworker about personal lives and left me hanging to find the trailer and flag a random employee down to confirm. Reservation was at 10:30 and checked in online to save time and still took over an hour. Felt like such a trap and that I avoided a scam. Sad because I’ve had 2 good experiences renting the same equipment from other Uhaul locations. Never again!!! Good luck!!!

Uhaul is in breach of contract, in dishonor, in default, and accepts the consequences of being liened for unjust enrichment, double-dipping, RICO violations, tax evasion, failure to fully disclose, creating securities with my property, operating in blatant fraud, and theft of my property. i never consented to being violated financially nor my property being stolen by Uhaul. i am holding Uhaul and all agents involved responsible under international commerce law.
