I would just like to give six stars to this location if I could. Layla helped me through my experience when I first needed a trailer, and then I needed to swap to a cargo van, because my truck got a flat. Everyone at this location was so generous and kind. My father recently died and I needed a vehicle to empty his apartment, so it meant so much to me to see such decency in a business. I swear Layla is hiding angel wings. She was the best. Customer service was not just professional, but also decent and kind. Please come here!

Although there is often a long wait at the counter (because staff are all outside tending to vehicles and customers), once I get their attention, they have all been helpful, knowledgeable, patient, personable and kind.
Regarding the app requiring customers to upload pictures of the license plate and all sides of the vehicle, it failed to accept any of the pictures I took. I was unable to go over the vehicle condition with the reps either as they were so busy helping customers and servicing returned vehicles.
The vehicles and the shop are clean and well maintained in my experience.

I booked online and didn’t really bother much with enticements of free lock with purchase of storage online or free first month move in deal…the unit was most important and for us- we got a Great unit. It fit our needs entirely. With Climate Control and keypad entry I feel very secure with our choice💯 Also the Staff- We went to a few locations…were excellent, The woman Alyssa working the counter at the Storage unit on Wills Rd was above and beyond helpful and pleasant, a good charisma that really made me glad to be there.

I rented twice from u-haul in a duration of few days. The first time the brakes where very scary on the truck. The second time I got a truck it was a better experience because the vehicle was newer. The manager who assisted me was nice.

Site staff were condescending and dismissive, as well as being apparently unfamiliar with the U-Haul app self service vehicle rental process. While recently renovated, the area has lots of open space but few customer parking places. I had a simple 60-90 minute local rental, but no available marked customer parking spaces in which to leave my vehicle. Instead of simply recommending an out of the way area of the large open lot, I was directed to return home and come back with a second driver to take my car home. This would have then necessitated returning with my vehicle to pick me up when the simple job was done. There was no congestion and LOTS of room in the 1,000's of sq feet of open blacktop between the U-Haul storage buildings.

The on site staff were the most inconvenient portion of my rental experience. None appeared to exhibit anything resembling a positive customer experience, nor did they appear to care.

In the future, I will likely drive to a farther location if I have the need to utilize U-Haul services.

After being a customer for more than 5 years and paying over $9,000 over time to store my stuff, I highly discourage anyone from using this location. Making an appointment to access my u-box was so frustrating. The staff treated me so poorly. They (assistant manager) likes to accuse people of stuff and finds joy in hanging up on people. Also, if you complain, they never get back to you. "Class act kinda staff" at this location!
